I love this massage ball. It's super easy to use and handle by yourself. It's small enough to travel with and it's pretty light too! It provides a similar feeling to having someone's elbow on you (but in the best way) - it provides for leverage.

I love this tool, I get migraines and when I'm at work I can't take the prescription I have for them ( it knocks me out) but if I catch it early enough I get it to go away with this tool. The way you hold it makes it so with hard pressure your fingers and hands don't give out before your done loosening the tight muscles! I also wear a leg brace and so when I take that off this tool is great for smoothing my muscles back to the shape they belong in, it's an unloaded brace so it is very tightly strapped on. For something so simple it has many many uses, thanks!

The Knot Buster really works well. Be aware: the description and photos don't explicitly note that this is a solid massage tool; it doesn't move, vibrate, etc. But, with a little practice, the Knot Buster really helps break up knots, hard tissue, etc. Easy to clean. Super sturdy. Great tool.

I purchased this because it was on of those infamous lists "what to buy the man who has everything". There is nothing overly impressive about it that warrants the price tag, but I needed a gift. One point in the description is that you can use it solo, but we have not found it to be that beneficial in that manner. However it has been great during partner work and when there is an opposite person using it.

This knot buster works well. I got it for my aches and pains while I was in a law enforcement academy and it served me well. It is easy to travel with and easy to take out and use on the spot anywhere. You can use it on other people and yourself as well. It's not just for knots but good for aches and pains in your lower back, shoulders and anywhere else. It's a hard little ball of plastic but works amazingly.

It really works.! it released thr knot and relieve pressure. I used this while traveling for 15 hours.

Basically it’s nothing but a piece of plastic. Very disappointing.

Lightweight, small, easy grip. You can use it on the wider side or the narrow side. It’s practical.

Da ich schon einige Erfahrung mit diversen Massagebällen und -rollen habe, wollte ich den Tiger Tail Knotty nur mal aus Interesse ausprobieren. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass er so nützlich sein kann. Anders als ein Massageball (z.B. Lacrosse-Ball) liegt der Knotty deutlich besser in der Hand, so dass man damit alle erreichbaren Triggerpunkte am Körper manuell gut massieren kann. Durch die unterschiedlich großen Auflageflächen können auch unterschiedliche Massagewirkungen erzielt werden - aber diese Unterschiede sind eher marginal. Der Knotty punktet vor allem durch die sehr gute Haptik und die gute Verarbeitung. Das Material ist wohl ein dicker Plastik-Verbund (kein Gummi) und das Teil scheint innen auch hohl zu sein. Es ist aber sehr robust und gleitet durch die glatte Oberfläche gut über die Haut, wenn man Ausstreichmassagen anwenden möchte. Für kleines Geld ein nützliches Tool!

This is a brilliant massage tool. I used it for the first time today and already feel great, proving it to be excellent value. It is not too bulky, which will make it very easy to travel with. I can easily see myself taking this everywhere.

I originally bought this for my mom who will be on a long haul flight soon but when it came in, I couldn’t resist trying it out and it just feels so good against my sore muscles! Even recommended it to others!
