Yes and it's very effective and easy to fit into the canister.

Does it work for salt water tanks?

Never use Ammonia remover in a saltwater tank!

Does this product bind the Ammonia making it unavailable to beneficial bacteria?

It removes the toxic ammonia....it should not be a problem.

Can you rinse and reuse ?

Yes definitely, i rinse every 2 months and use for 6 months (my ammonia = 0)
