BPA-Free KHB1231IB 2-Speed Hand Blender, Ink Blue

Beautiful machine. When I took all the pieces out, there was a piece on the booklet that was not in the box. Read another review where a customer had the same situation. She was not able to get the piece from anywhere so I decided to return it.

Have always wanted one of these types of blenders. Decide to purchase, as the cool weather brings cravings for homemade soup! Arrived fine and the very next day, I made soup! All went well, but though, I am sure it is due to my inexperience, the blender felt awkward in my hand, and heavier than I expected, but it did get the job down. The second time I used, for some reason, it kept coming apart as I used? The hand and wand kept separating as I was blending? But feel it must be operator error, and will try to figure it out. If not able to correct, I will contact company directly to find out why this happening. .

I did not receive a pan guard but in the manual it states that a pan guard is included. I called kitchen aid and they refuse to send one. You can't find just the pan guard. It should come with all the pieces!

If you are using it blend liquids then it should be ok, but once really thick or frozen items are added to the mix the blender bogs down and does not mix well at all.

El artículo llegó a tiempo, lo único que cambiaría sería la parte donde se enrosca al motor, el material es de plástico y se siente poco resistente.
