Great for home exercise
I bought this as use one with my personal trainer at the gym. Happy with the quality and now use it to do arm pulls to strengthen my back and shoulders within my home routine. Would recommend.

Decent product.
I've had this resistance band for quite some time now and it's fairly good. This is an excellent product if your learning how to do pull-ups and resistance based excersise. It's also is the most elastic band I have so I highly recommend if your learning how to do pull ups with good form. There are some problems I faced with this band, after 3 weeks or so, the colour of the band looses its blue colour and turns into a faded blue with grey, which I can assure it's not dust. I've also had a small tear in it which doesn't change the elastic at all but just annoying to see. I do recommend buying it if you don't mind the colour change, I've used this product everyday wo far and it's holding up which I'm happy about, I'd give it 3.5 stars but definitely not 4 or 3.
