The conical shape creates a very high level of flexibility in the extremely thin and soft filament ends causing them to bend back even at slightest pressures. Still the lower filament parts deliver sufficient stiffness in order to exert a thorough mechanical cleaning.

Softest tooth brush ever!
I'm so glad I found this product on amazon. There is no softer toothbrush available in the US, I tried them all and compared to the Meridol tooth brush they are all way too hard. If you have gum problems or just want gentle cleaning, this tooth brush is the way to go!

The best softest toothbrush
I am so Happy to find this toothbrush available in USA. This is the best softest toothbrush I ever had. It is very gentle on your teeth and you can’t compare it to any American soft toothbrushes. I would recommend to buy Elmex toothpaste for sensitive teeth as well.
