"Silent" and "Modular" is a stretch
This PSU is NOT silent. It's not even remotely quiet. I can hear it from across the room. I contacted FSP and they said "it is silent in the context of industrial power supplies, not compared to consumer PC power supplies."And sure, this is technically "modular", in the sense that you can disconnect the cables. But if you install any accessories (such as an HDD or SDD), you need to plug in the second cable. So now you have just as many cables as non-modular PSUs.

Seems solid, but too loud for me
I understand that Flex PSUs were designed primarily for rackmount servers, but this unit was still louder than I had expected. It's not installed in a gaming system, and the power draw is modest. It's still too loud in my opinion.

Fits like a glove!
If you're looking at one of these, you're likely looking at a highly compact Mini ITX PC build. Nabbed this for a Geeek A30 V2 case, and I'm sure I won't be the last either!Personally, I'm not asking much of this little PSU. I have a Ryzen 7 5700G, couple sticks of Corsair Vengeance (non RGB), and an M.2 SSD. Power draw is low, and so is the clutter that comes with the case! While technically it advertises itself as fully modular, it's really more modular to the point that you have an extra connection for SATA/Molex if you like, and that's about it, though with the builds I expect this to be used for, I can't see that being a big deal breaker either.Only downside I've found to this PSU so far has been its built-in fan. No it's not hurricane-force screeching or anything nasty, though smaller builds that this is likely to inhabit will no doubt encourage you to bring it in close for you to admire on your desk, or place next to whatever it's being used with. If that's the case, I can promise you that the little fan inside is likely the one fan you'll hear most of the time. If this bothers you, there's a great little fan (Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX) that slips right in, but I'll warn you now that the transplant requires a little fiddling with a pair of snips to widen a plastic connector inside, and this is DEFINITELY not something your warranty will appreciate! Still, I promise it's a simple enough modification, and two little pieces of electrical tape to seal the gap later nets you a quiet, functional little PSU!Overall, a great little power supply that is sure to fill your niche for a reliable, powerful little Mini ITX PC!
