Makes a thick, rich and true to flavor lemon pudding
The product arrived on time, and the box was nicely sealed. My wife and I believe that Cook & Serve is superior compared to Jell-O instant and I'm happy to say that we are pleased again. We used two boxes to make the pudding so we could use as a layer in a yellow cake. It was delicious. The cook-and-serve is flavorful and rich, with the perfect hit of lemony acidity to keep it bright and vibrant.

Fantastic to find!!
I live in Oregon and am having a hard time finding this cooked lemon pudding in my area. I have checked several stores and they just don't seem to carry the cooked lemon pudding mix. It makes great lemon meringue pies. It is easy to make and my husband likes this lemon over a homemade lemon meringue pie.
