Obviously this question was posed by someone who doesn't have an a native command of the English language, so in trying to understand the question, I think the question is "Does this tool come with the battery?". That's what is meant by the question "can this go in there?". That's my guess anyway. So, to answer the question, no, it doesn't come with the battery. It's a bare tool only, so no, it won't work without you buying a battery separately.

Will the 20 volt li-ion dewalt battery interchange with b&d 20volt li-ion batery?

DeWalt is built by Black and Decker. The old style batteries were interchangable but the new 20 volt batteries have different tabs to prevent this. They do this to prevent people from buying a $20 black and decker battery and using it on all DeWalt tools. This forces people to buy the more expensive DeWalt battery if they have DeWalt tools.
