The first thing that I liked is how fast the shipping was. I am a swimmer and at the end of each practice I end up with sore muscles and have really painful spasms in my legs, so I decided to purchase this massager gun to help with that, my friend recomended it to me and I have to say that I am really impressed with this product. The gun is really well built, it's not heavy and it's easy to use, most of the accesories are made of plastic but have a good quality. The power of the gun is incredible, with the first level, I can feel that it massager the deep tissue of my muscles, I have been using it every day since I received it, for almost one week now and the battery is still full. Another thing that I loved is the case that comes with the gun, you can carry it and the accesories everywhere.

This product is well-made and powerful. It comes in an attractive travel case with several attachments. It has exceeded our expectations for a lightweight massage gun.

Solid, powerful, recharges fast

I have had the Renpho mini massage gun for just a few days and I got to say it was well worth the price. I have had to charge it only once despite Daily use on myself as well as my wife. I’m a high level cyclist and the renpho lossens up my muscles easily. Tight IT band, run the gun on it. Wife has a tight back and shoulders, this piece of equipment gets the job done quick. It all come packaged in this small suitcase and is easily brought to events to be used after. I can’t wait to use after the 50 mile gravel race I have coming up. I’ll be using it on the way back in the car! No cramping for me. For real though, get yourself one of these, it will make life easier and that’s what we all need these days.

I’m an occupational therapist and trying to improve my body work skills. We have a heavy, unwieldy percussion gun in clinic, which I have difficulty maneuvering. I’m also 5’2” 108# which may have something to do with it, but I’ve actually sprained my wrist hefting it around. After a lot of research, manyyyy hours, I chose the Renpho, due in large part to its low weight but no sacrifice in the specs it’s heavier contenders boast. The Renpho is not exactly tiny and while light, feels very solid. Not sure I’d call it a mini, but I guess it is in comparison to some. Mini or not, I’m just happy it doesn’t strain my wrists and is 100x easier to handle than the other gun. It’s extremely powerful- maybe a touch too powerful. Ive only used it at home so far and can’t imagine going past the first setting with myself or patients. Buying for therapy was actually secondary. I have chronic tension type headaches + migraines. 24/7, even feel spasms when I wake up in the middle of the night. I’ve been desperate for relief without pills. Other massagers tend to be heavy, bulky, and clunky and, like I said, hurt my wrists. I’m amazed at how powerful and solid the Renpho is while being lightweight and easy to use. The first time I used the massage gun, I had a terrible tension headache with spasms even reaching my chest. I maneuvered the gun around my shoulder blades and tops of shoulders, upper back, as far as the top of my neck/base of skull (not my actual head, don’t do that) — the spasms subsided immediately after and stayed at a low level for 3 days!!! May not sound like much but that’s miraculous relief in my book. It also feels great to do basically a lymphatic massage going up the legs and arms. Have mostly used the flat heads so far but need to play with the others. I do wish there was a slower, gentler speed, and it does tend to bounce if you’re not using just the right amount of pressure. All of that is fine and totally manageable considering the benefits... But my only real issue is that I get really itchy wherever I concentrate the massager. No rash though and even happens through clothing, so I am leaning toward a normal physiological response. I’ve read that massage itchies can be due to increased blood supply and capillary dilation in the massaged tissue, which can somehow release histamines... hmm. I need to experiment with another massager to see if I can replicate the itchiness. I’m afraid it may be the head of the massager I’m allergic to, which means I would need to return. Really really hope not! This little gun is awesome though! My 24/7 spasms (that have lessened) can attest to that.

Quality: I was pleasantly surprised by how well made everything is. The massager is solid and sturdy without being too heavy. The handle has a rubber texture which makes it easy to hold. The attachments offer a nice variety of massage options and are easy to change. Even the case is nice and holds everything securely with a molded frame. The battery lasts a long time and charges in a few hours. I will probably charge it once a week. Ease of use: The compact design makes this easy to position and hold. I haven't used larger massage guns, but some look unwieldy. The device is quiet and it's easy to adjust the speed - I can adjust it with one hand, but someone with small hands might need both. The weight of the device is enough to provide a comfortable amount of pressure while massaging at any speed. Adding a small bit of force gives a deeper massage. What I use it for: I use this mostly for my forearms after rock climbing at a gym. I also use it on my shoulders, where I have a lot of tension. It feels nice and is relaxing. Final thoughts: A great option if you are looking for a quality device that won't break the bank. My only complaint is a lack of guidance on how to use the product. I had never used one before, so there was a bit of trial and error (which head to use, speed, etc.). A quick search on the internet helped.

Six months later, I am still using the RENPHO Massage Gun multiple times a week. It provides a completely unique sensation as you use it by applying pressure to the sore areas, you can feel it intensify the sore areas for a minute, and then alleviates it. It's like magic. I'm truly convinced of the benefits of massage guns, and I am especially impressed with this one. It has all the power you need, a variety of heads, long battery life, and it's reliable. Valuable Tool to have!

I haven’t been looking for a massage gun for a awhile but some of them are just too pricey and too big to try to maneuver with one hand. I ended up choosing this one because of its size. The size is extremely convenient and fits perfectly in my hand. It was really easy to set up to charge, and it charged up super fast. It came with a cute traveling case and 5 attachments which is nice to be able to use different heads for different parts of the body. Using the gun was super easy and the five different speeds are great for different parts of the body! I’ve always have a rough time with my legs and IT band but this massage gun has really helped with the tightness and soreness that I was so used to feeling. Don’t let it’s small size deter you, it really packs a punch! I’m so glad that I found this massage gun because it’s perfect.
