Is there soy in this product

Soy is not mentioned on the ingredient list on the package. It does say, however, it says it may contain Soya and other nuts

What is the “best by” date on the package? I want to buy two of them but am worried they will go stale before I finish them.

I’m not sure what you’re asking. Each batch will have a different “Best Buy” date. I have two right now and the expiration date says 11-05-2022. They don’t last long once I open the package. Close the bag tightly and store in a cool place. I’ve never had a problem. 😋

Do they have an anise taste like many of the domestic ones?

No. Ingredients do not include anise.
