Huber Zip System Stretch Tape | 10 inches x 20 feet | Self-Adhesive Flexible Flashing for Doors-Windows

This is some of the most versatile and durable flashing tape i've used. Have used for window buck sill and head flashing in temps ranging from 5 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. You definitely want to keep it at room temp prior to use because its very difficult to stretch in the cold and can tear. Hot temps make it too stretchy and can be difficult to perform a clean install. Be sure to avoid geting it stuck to itself, because its super sticky and very difficult to get unstuck. Expensive, but way cheaper than a custom formed lead sill pan for windows and doors.

This is all I use for door and window pans. The ability to stretch and seal inside corners is pretty amazing. Very expensive but not as much as a call back.
