Great office chair for a small space
Really happy with the chair - been using it for a few months now. Was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. Very comfortable and does well in a tight/small place.

Easy to put up but the seat cushion soon moved/wore out , currently having to put a cushion down first to make it comfy while working from home

Poor quality and out of proportion
Bought this chair 2 years ago during lockdown to work from home. Found that it was really low for me and the arm rests are really low that you cannot rest on it unless you’re leaning forward. The wheels are quite stiff so hard to move around. After 2 years of having it I found that the seat was uncomfortable then found that the base was broken the whole way through. Unless an unbelievably strong person has come and snapped it in half, I don’t know how this could happen to a sturdy chair. There is no contact information online or on the booklets to contact them about it.
