No, the stickers have adhesive on them. Very easy to assemble!

Are the cut out items individually packed or all together?

Included in the set were several card packs in cellophane baggies. Each contained a blank card, envelope, and decorations. There was also a diagram with design suggestions for each card. The cards were very easy to create.

This product is good for ages 3 to adult. I have used these card making kits for children to make birthday, Mother's Day/Father's Day, and thank you cards. Everything is included! However, I did add other stickers for specific holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.
