Nongshim Kimchi Noodle Soup, 4.2 Ounce (Pack of 10)

They got the flavors right with this one. I originally bought a sample pack of 5 different flavors to try so I could see if I was missing out on any of the flavors I haven't tried. I was definitely missing out, thank goodness for this one. It's the only one I've tasted that you should add the flavorlng to, helpful hint - if you want to "kick it up a little" use beef bone broth instead of water for this and any others, it lets you use some or all of the flavor packet and you can always add a spicy kick to it with chili garlic sauce. I've found most flavor packets just use a lot of spice to overcome the fact that there isn't much in the way of beef flavoring added to it and too much sodium, but this Kimchi flavor is the exception on that note and you can always add a bit of soy or ponzu sauce as well. Either way you're in control of this meal and it's great when you come in from the cold outside, warms you right up!

If you use everything in the flavor packet it will be pretty spicy, if you like spicy I'm sure it will be right down your alley.. the flavor is really good and so even if you don't like spicy I would just suggest you use a little bit less of the packet, its good stuff.

I always get kimchi to add to these noodles. Love kimchi and this ramen!

I love these noodles. I alone go through ~20 packs of the Kimchi and vegetable ramen. The rest of the fam another 10 for the Nongshim spicy bowl. Great quick tasty lunch for work at home. I through it in the microwave 7-8 min, with fresh mushrooms or even frozen mixed vegs... sometimes even peanuts, great even by itself.

My only Criticism is that it took too long for delivery. Over a week.

These really tasted nice. Could use more spice but otherwise really nice.

These are my go-to noodles. I shouldn't be saying this because now you are going to buy my noodles, but, these are good noodles. They can be a base for a great big meal, or they can be a meal by themselves. I like to drop in an egg with some extra kimchi. Please don't buy all my noodles. :)

My grandson orders these and he loves them. Gives me a break when I do want to cook and he just makes it on his own. Very easy to cookBetsy M.
