I bought this set when I moved and needed to replace a lot of basic kitchen stuff quickly without spending a fortune. After several months of using these for pretty much everything, I’m really happy with them. Having three different sizes is probably my favorite part. I can grab the smaller board when I only need to cut a few things instead of taking over my counter, but I still have the larger boards when I need more workspace. They've held up really well so far. There are knife marks that I can feel in the surface, which I would expect from any cutting board that actually gets used, but visually they still look really nice. None of the boards have warped, cracked, or started splitting, and I haven't noticed them holding onto stains or smells. I bought these primarily because the price worked for me at the time, but they've turned out to be a genuinely good purchase. I use them constantly and would absolutely buy this set again.

The three different sizes are very practical for preparing different foods, and they’re easy to clean. The quality is excellent, and they still look great after multiple uses. I finally decided to replace my plastic cutting boards to get rid of the nanoplastics in my kitchen, and this Freshware Bamboo Set has been a fantastic alternative. What I liked: Eco-Friendly & Safe: Switching to organic bamboo gives me peace of mind knowing I’m not micro-shaving plastic into my family's meals. Smart Design: The juice grooves are deep enough to actually catch liquids from fruit or meat, keeping my counters much cleaner than my old flat boards did. Set of 3 Sizes: Having three distinct sizes is perfect. I use the small one for quick garnishes and the large 15" board for full meal prep. Easy on Knives: The bamboo surface is firm but has just enough "give" that it doesn't dull my kitchen knives as quickly as glass or hard composite boards. One minor thing: Maintenance: Unlike plastic, you can't just toss these in the dishwasher. They need a quick hand wash and the occasional wipe with mineral oil to keep the wood from drying out, but it's a small price to pay for a plastic-free kitchen. Overall, they are sturdy, attractive, and a much healthier choice for daily cooking!

These boards have a quality feel, and are reasonably scratch proof and will take an olive oil treatment. Being bamboo they are hard, so there will be a minimum if any board material mixing with your food. I do not like the idea of plastic being ingested and titanium does scratch, feels terrible and dulls knives. I really like these boards. They wash up easily, do not retain any food color and in my opinion a great addition to your kitchen.

These boards are well made at a fraction of the price.

these are adequate and fairly priced for what you get, but normal veg slicing cuts showed up upon first use. I know: cutting boards will get cutting marks, but: I've got a larger, thicker one I bought years ago that was around the same price point ($10) and it took far longer for it to develop any cut marks; the old bamboo thicker board seems more durable. -these are good for quick cuts , small jobs & variable sizes are useful; but further down the road: I'll look for something a bit more durable. -Time will tell; and I -do- use these a few times per week. no splintering, but not very scratch-resistant.

Great cutting boards and nice sizes. I bought a bigger one too as the largest alike a medium for what I need.

After a few months it still did not warp. Only thing is to remember to hang it up to dry quickly, i left one overnight with a damp bottom and the next day it was black at the bottom. Overall still recommended as it feels a lot cleaner than the usual plastic boards.

This board has made my tiny kitchen much more negotiable. It covers my stove when I’m not using it, providing a work surface, and when I need the stove, the board sits perfectly on the L of my counter, still leaving me with a workable surface. Plus, I love being able to cut something without reaching for another cutting board (except raw meat, of course. For me, it’s too much work getting it sanitary again; it’s not exactly lightweight). Something I hadn’t considered at the time, which is such a bonus, is it’s perfect for shared charcuterie, which is what the winter holidays in my home is all about!
