I ordered a 38 inch belt but to short so i ordered a 40 inch. both belts are the same length. how do i get a true 40 inch or 42 inch belt?

Belt size is one size larger than pant size.

I purchased this belt in July 2022, wore it 5-6 times and the belt loop came off and the threads around the buckle is coming undone. Want replaceme
