how do you undo the the buttons to take the cover off do they unsrew or just pull off

It is actually a single press stud which locates via a hole through the middle of the product, so clicks on/off easily.

is this suitable for sleeping on your front? as picture shows..but 1 comment says its not suitable for front sleeping!!

In my opinion yes, I alway sleeping my front , since getting this I am sleeping so much better. Although it did take a couple of nights to get used to it. . Would definitely recommend it

Yes, I am a side sleeper and like you I swap sides throughout the night. The pillow has two depths. I have found the higher side to be most comfortable for me. I found it very comfortable from my first night sleeping with it.
