The memory foam is dense but still has a nice give to it when I press down. I love that it came tightly sealed, and I appreciate the warning on the box that says, "If seal is broken this is unsellable"—it gives me confidence that I received a brand-new, untouched product. ​I laid my head on it briefly, and the contour feels perfectly designed to cup the neck. It’s exactly the shape I’ve been looking for to help with my stiff neck issues. It is comfortable and does help with neck pain but it's too thin not good for side sleepers. I have been waking up with neck pain from terrible pillows. I bought this as it is highly reviewed. Don't get me wrong it's very comfortable and the 2 thickness are good but it's still too thin once you lie on it your head dips low. Back sleepers it's perfect but side or front it's way too low.

This pillow is brilliant, softer than my other one, cooler, fits better to my neck, no neck or back pain, sleep a lot better. Good quality and choice of colours to fit in with room decor. Getting another one for my husband.

Side sleeping - photos show you put your head/neck in the slight groove, so your head is in the centre of the pillow, and your arm is wrapped under the "wing". The stated heights of 4.53 / 5.12 inches, are the very tops of those wings, and not where your neck is. Actual height, is less than 3 inches, so it's as supportive as a piece of tissue. If you put your head on the "wing", it's going to roll back to the centre, and still isn't supportive enough. You can't get your head properly onto the "wing" in the first place, due to the bit of foam that protrudes from the centre groove. Let's take a pillow more suited to back sleeping, and claim it works for every position. It just doesn't.

Over the last year or so I haven't been sleeping very well at all, waking up several times during the night, when I get up still feeling tired and with neck and shoulder pain and more often than not a headache. I had been using a fairly expensive memory foam pillow for quite a while but I get the feeling with use the support it gave wasn't as good as it was when it was new, so I decided to give the Elviros cervical pillow a try. It seemed good value as my old pillow cost almost twice as much. Arrived next day with Prime delivery and I used it for the first time last night, being a side sleeper I used it with higher neck support side. I'm pretty sure I dropped off to sleep in just a few minutes and I slept through the night without interruption for 7.5 hours, I haven't done that in a very long time, in fact I only woke up to visit the loo (I'm 70 years old and very rarely make it through the night without a visit). When I got up I had no neck or shoulder discomfort and no headache 🙂. This pillow is an absolute godsend and I've no doubt it will improve my quality of life, today I just seem to have a lot more energy than usual. The pillow feels very firm but it's so beautifully shaped it is so comfortable, I get the feeling it should last pretty well before it eventually needs replacing, probably a few years down the line, so great value for money. 5* rating from me, could not recommend it more highly.

So I bought this for my neck that was I having trouble with when sleeping but like other reviews say - it’s soft, unsupportive and very low. I’m quite broad so didn’t work for me. Why 4 stars I hear you ask ? Well, a few weeks back I broke my heel and it’s been the best pillow for support and elevation !! It’s concave, supports by heel and ankle and the perfect firmness with no slip. So if you have a broken heel - 100% buy it but don’t for your neck !

Het kussen voldoet aan mijn verwachtingen. Ik heb het grote kussen gekocht. De hoge kant is voor mij te hoog om te slapen maar ideaal om naar TV te kijken. Ik draai het om, om vervolgs te slapen. Ik verzet s'nachts mijn kussen niet meer om een goeie steun te vinden in mijn nek. Jammer dat ik geen aangepakt kussenovertrek voor dit kussen vind.

Bon oreiller , ergonomique , confortable . Pour ma part il me manque quelques petits cm d'épaisseur quand on dort sur le côté sinon très bon maintien quand on dort sur le dos . Attention oreiller assez grand certaines taies d'oreiller son trop petites . Je l'ai essayé dans tout les sens et toutes les positions de sommeil il est très bien par rapport à d'autres oreillers du marché bien plus cher . Je n'ai plus de douleur au niveau des cervicales .
