This SAVED me after I delivered my baby. I have the ball as well but that was more challenging to use. This spray is perfect. It doesn’t sting and can be sprayed regardless of the angle.

Good value for size of products. Very gentle and soothing. Highly recommend for postpartum. Only complaint would be the paper bags holding the bath soaks are very thin and seem to bust open in the bath every time. Requires a little bit of cleanup.

Highly recommend!
I love this combo! I am 1 week postpartum and have a second degree tear and no stitches. The balm feels like a minty cooling sensation and the spray smells so good. Since you’re not supposed to wipe or use soap down there until healed, the spray is really nice and refreshing and keeps you smelling nice and clean. I haven’t put it in the refrigerator yet but I can only imagine how much more cooling it would feel!

This continues to be my favorite postpartum must have item and I’m 4 vaginal births in. Buy it! It also smells good and that is a little plus when you’re so torn up down there. This also doesn’t sting like the dermoplast that the hospital gives.

Postpartum must-have!
This product was a life saver! I had to order an extra two bottles of the spray just because it was so helpful for all of postpartum recovery. The only thing I didn’t love was that it started to struggle with spraying when the bottle was 1/3 of the way full. However, the balm lasts a good long while and has great cooling and healing properties!

Safe ingredients for postpartum care
Love this brand. This is my second time buying their postpartum products. I love the natural ingredients and the natural scent that they have. I used the perineum spray every time after using the bathroom and used the sitz bath herbs for making natural padsicles. I waited to use the perineum balm until I was healed a bit. I tried applying it to my perineum too soon after giving birth and it was painful. After a few weeks I tried applying it again and the peppermint in there was nice and cooling. Highly recommend these products for any postpartum mama looking for safe pp care ingredients.
