How many times can you reuse one pair after washing with warm water?

No need to wash since you don’t insert them that deep to get earwax on them. Find a small container to keep the used pair from drying out, and you can reuse them for 5-6x easily. I half one into 2 pieces anyway since they’re big.

Are these washable and reusable?

I would say no to this. They are soft wax. I use them multiple times but eventually they must be replaced.

Can you hear your alarm with these?

If you're looking for complete sound reduction, this would be a great product for that.
