I genuinely recommend
One of the best products for weight loss. Been using this once 2024. I always add to my yogurt and smoothies. Helps so much with digestion and good amount of fibre ,tastes good , very soluble ,has a thick consistency. Will keep ordering

Good quality
Good quality psyllium that helps with bowel movements. When using it for this purpose it’s best to take it in a drink. When it’s ground too finely it just turns into gooey lumps, so you need a slightly coarser version. This fits the bill on that front. The resealable bag is also useful.

Good quality psyllium husks. I use them for baking and sometimes mix a little in water for extra fibre. They don’t have much taste, which is nice, but the texture is a bit grainy if you drink it straight. Works well as long as you drink plenty of water. good value and does what it should.
