Tip: Don't tighten any of the supplied screws until all of them are in place.
I put my unit together in about 45 minutes. The instruction page (only 1 page, a single sketch of the assembly) is very minimal. All pieces were included and none of the bins were damaged. All intact. The bottom shelf had a small surface marring, likely due to shipping jolts. At first, I thought that 3 of the horizontal backing shelf brackets were missing, but after some hunting, I found them tucked inside the top shelf cover-piece for shipping. Panic averted. The hardware bag had 3 sets of machine screws. There were spare extras included in all three bags. The LONGEST of these (no nuts, no lock-washers) are used to fasten the uprights to the base and the one vertical upright brace to the horizontal shelf racks. Do the upright brace last. The machine screws with LOCK-WASHERS are used to fasten the diagonal foot-braces to the two upright end-pieces. The horizontal shelf racks are fastened to the uprights using one machine screw and nut for each hole.I strongly suggest two things:1) Despite the temptation for speed purposes, don't use a power drill to assemble the screws and nuts. Use fingers, a screwdriver and hand socket wrench. The screws and nuts are finicky to join them together and easily misaligned and/or over-tightened. That will easily strip them, as others have done with power tools.2) Don't tighten ANY of the screws until all of them are in place. Leave them loose. Once they are all joined and properly in place, then you can tighten them all up - by hand.

Good storage solution for the price
First the bad...the directions weren't very clear, and the figure included was missing a few of the bits of hardware. In addition to needing a #2 Phillips screwdriver, you'll also want a 7mm wrench or (preferably) socket to properly tighten the screws/nuts holding the crossbars in place. The lip on the back of the bins seems a little thin, and only time will tell if they hold up. The metal parts have a few imperfections in the paint, but those don't impact assembly or functionality. The good...this turned out to be much sturdier than I was expecting while assembling it. It's heavy (like 40 pounds), which isn't great for moving it around, but it's not going to fall over. The kit includes plenty of extra screws, nuts, and washers. The bins are sturdy (beyond the questionable lip) as well, and have convenient label holders (blank labels not included). All in all, this is a good buy for the price point, and I'll purchase another one if I need additional storage.

Nuts & bolts hidden
The nuts & bolts were "hidden" inside one of the 8 sets of plastic bins instead of being inside the small (empty) box near the top of the packaging. So look there before despairing! Otherwise the product is ok. The steel is not thick, but adequate for light items. I don't think I'd fill the whole thing up with heavy metal or it might be unstable. There is no easy way to wall mount it, but it could go on a low shelf to get the bottom bins up to a more convenient height. I found the larger bins to be a more useful size, but it depends on what you want to store. The small bins are best for small, loose parts like nuts & bolts or maybe thread spools or buttons. There are no labels included and the slot for labels is a bit shallow.

No Assembly Hardware provided
While I like the shelf- built really nice, it came with zero hardware parts the assemble it (screws, nuts, lock washers). I've had to go ahead and purchase these separately for nearly the price of the rack. OEM non responsive thus far. If anyone else is wondering, you need M4 x 12mm &16mm, pan-head, machine screws, nuts and lock washers.

Low-Quality, but Useable
Quality of piece-parts is quite low. Not the best fitment between them, but sturdies up a bit once you've got all of the fasteners cranked down.Mine appeared to arrived in used condition. Lots of dents, dings, markings, scratches, etc on arrival. Perhaps the poor packaging is to blame. Nothing affecting function, so I'm OK with it.Does NOT come with rubber feet or dampers, which were quite important for me and the surface I put it on. Had to stick some on myself.Instructions not clear at all, though you can figure it out pretty easily. The bins are not as sturdy as I'd like. They're quite thin and have a tendency to ride up on one-another if you slide them along the rails. This is particularly annoying since the smaller red bins just barely fit 8 in a row. I'd have preferred bins with 2mm less width to leave breathing room between them. I may end up sacrificing a bin from each row to alleviate this headache.Still giving 3 stars since this is pretty cheap and probably sufficient for most (myself included). Know that you're getting what you pay for here.

Very sturdy
This rack is good and strong. I realized as I filled the bins how much weight it has to hold. It looks nice. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. Assembly would have been a lot easier if it didn't entail itty bitty screws - but no biggie. Mainly, the top was bent. Rather than sending the part to me they wanted me to send the entire thing back. Too much of a hassle so I'm just keeping the bent one. Hey, it's a garage organizer - who cares?

Missing Parts
We purchased this unit to help organize parts for our business. The instructions are merely a picture with arrows indicating where to place the screws. After assembling the entire unit we realized that we did not have the final 2 stabilizing brackets which support the backside of the rack and hold it to the floor plate. There is not a way to contact the company via Amazon and the phone number provided goes straight to a voice mail box. I have left 2 voice mails and no-one is returning my calls.

Wrong Part, took forever to get here
Chinese quality going downhill?? Almost Everything was there. The screws are in one of the bins. Shipping was good no damage. Looks sturdy enough. Was real happy until started putting together. The nuts and bolts are tiny, but should be ok. My complaint is they sent 2 right hand pieces. As shown in the pic.

No hardware included to assemble the product.
My 2 stars isn't for the product, its for the lack of product.I purchased this unit and everything arrived. Everything except the hardware required to assemble it!Seriously???Maybe they think that I have the hardware since I ordered an organizer. The additional hardware you will need to purchase is...47 8-32 3/4" bolts47 washers47 lock washers (optional but I want it to stay tight for good)28 8-32 nutsIt cost me an extra $30 in hardware. Keep that in mind when ordering. One last thing, the bin holders at the back are quite thin and can pop off easy if you bump one. The label area up front is useless. Maybe this was supposed to come with labels too? Who knows.

the 47 bin version isn't wall mountable out of the box
The 47 bin version does not wall mount unless you modify the unit and don't use the columns and feet. In that case, if you're that handy, you can probably make your own french cleat/plastic bin wall mount parts organizer. As a freestanding parts organizer, it works well. Bear in mind that the bins sit in a cleat and aren't a drawer-style.

Half a product for full price.
No fasteners and no instructions.I've seen this comment like this but I thought it was just missing parts that will be shipped later. But no. It is true.I need it so I will keep it but be aware .
