Being a bit healthier is easier with Amazon
Something healthy that is easy to add to salads or oatmeal or even scrambled eggs. Problem is that for flax to do you any good, it needs to be ground. I can find the flax seeds at my grocer, but not the ground flax. Amazon to the rescue.
