13-14 inch Always on Pouch Work In Case For Chromebook and Laptops, Designed For Students, Classrooms, and Business

Due to a physical problem, I drop things. Everything. 50-60 times a day. Sometimes I also knock things over. I need extraordinary shock/drop protection from a case.First of all, it might look like the case is way too big for the laptop. The computer is a 13" and I wanted plenty of room around it for shock protection. I can still open the case, leave the laptop in it, and use it comfortably. And, when I close it, the laptop automatically shuts off just fine. Photo attached. Yes, it will take a larger 14" laptop easily.Second, the design effectively suspends the laptop on wide elastic bands. The bands on the cover slip over the corners and are held in place by sturdy rigid "brackets." When dropped, my laptop is "floating" in the case , suspended by the elastic. Photo attached.Third (see photo) you really can carelessly pick the case up by one handle, have it flop open (because it is not zipped closed) and the laptop will stay safely attached in the case.I've had cases that cost more than twice this price and didn't do as well a job. Yes, I've already dropped it from about 4' onto a hard floor, I've had it slide off the bed, my favorite chair, etc. I also spilled water on the case when it was zippered closed. Nothing leaked through. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!There is a zip pocket on the front that carries recharging cords, shoulder strap, etc. This same case is also available without the front pocket--get this one so you can take your re-charging equipment. Both this pocket and the entire case are reinforced with a solid, firm material that helps to absorb drop-shock..

The media could not be loaded. This is a great work in lap top case but has many opportunities to be so much better.1. The cord storage space on top is great thought I took a my old cord accessory case cut it up and added my own storage to hold more items in place. (See Video on all)2. If the case was just a half inch thicker you could get all of your back pack items in it and your load would be so much lighter. I shoved a legal pad behind the lap top cover but it's tight.3. The straps that hold the screen in place need to be shorter or tighter. With it being loose the case top pulls the screen back and falls back after a certain point and does not stay up.All in all great case. I bought it so I would not have to have a back pack and barley got everything in, though I think the inventors made this as a supplement to your pack. If they take my ideas it would be a great all in one.

I am an elementary school teacher and I have only had my computer in it for about a month, but it has already saved my computer from being broken a few times within that short timespan. It was accidentally knocked out of my hands one day, but I was able to grab it by the corner of the cover and my laptop stayed safely in place. The screen is fixed in two soft protective corner pieces and you must remove them for your laptop to come out of the case. I love that, because unless I remove it, I know my laptop is 100% protected. I also like the stretchy corner pieces that hold the rest of the computer safely in place. They stay snug, unless you remove your laptop. I really like the storage compartment as well, because I work in more than one classroom, so transporting everything at once is very easy. I also don't have to worry about leaving my charger behind and not having it when I need it. The only thing I will say is that it is a bit hard to hold in your hands while you type. It can be done, but I just sit it on a table and it is perfect. I have enjoyed knowing that my laptop is 100% protected. It's worth every penny.

This product was purchased and currently in use for the protection of elements coming into contact with our laptop. We are impressed by its design, presumed durability, and options of storage for a mouse, usb plugs, etc. The feature of leaving the laptop inside the case, even while in use, was smartly thought of by its makers / manufacturers.

The media could not be loaded. This case has served its purpose well, so far. I love that my laptop is protected and opens with the case. I love the pocket placement and style. I wish it came in more colors and had the ability to customize, because I plan to use it for a long time. I gave 4 stars because for the price, it could be a little sturdier, there were some loose stitching that’s a little unseemly and I don’t care for the material used on the exterior. I would have paid a few dollars more for something that was hard plastic… look at video for sturdiness check. I also think the handles could be better crafted. All that being said, general speaking, I’m pleased with the purchase. I didn’t see many others like it, and it was what i was looking for in regards to the functionality.Update two years later… still on my laptop, still fresh, still protecting it. Literally haven’t changed a thing since review. This was an amazing purchase.

Item looks good and serves the purpose. The issue was the strap. There was none! We used a strap from the older bag to get by. That's the reason why I gave a 3-star.
