Used on my 1993 Ford lightning

Part is as described and fit fine for my 2000 F150 5.4 and after installing no leaks or issues of any sort.

It fits perfectly the oem style ford bronco 2 and ford ranger fuel line at the fuel rail

Worked perfect for the fuel line repairs, getting the old ones off was the worst part

This product was absolutely useless for my application. I was looking for a fitting, to connect a rubber gas line, onto a Ford style, fuel injection, fuel filter in order to use an external fuel pump, to supply the engine, since the in-tank fuel pump had failed and there was 55 gallons of fuel in the tank, that needed to be removed, before the tank could be lowered, in order to gain access to the OEM pump. Also to enable me to drive the vehicle, while the engine was being supplied with fuel, by an external fuel pump, in order to get it to a repair facility, that is properly equipped to handle such a repair.This is not the fitting to do this.I have not been able to locate a fitting for this purpose. I do not know what this fitting is for. I have not returned the fitting, as it would probably cost me as much as it is worth. Therefore, it will sit on the self, until I happen to find a use for it or it gets recycled.

Worked perfectly to adapt the fuel rail of my 5.0 swapped into a different vehicle. No leaks, no fuss.As a previous reviewer noted, the barb on my fitting was 5/16" as well. No worries, it worked fine for my application.
