This have a little too much of something, made me feel jittery, racey... had to back down to a generic B complex supplement. I compared ingredients between the two and this one definitely is a lot more potent.

It made me feel less tried.

I like that you only have to take one pill a day. Can't say that it truly works since I have not had any blood work done. The pill is easy to swallow. Makes my urine a bright color.
