I’ve been taking this Carbamide Forte Magnesium Glycinate supplement for around 2–3 weeks now and I can genuinely feel the difference especially in terms of sleep quality and reduced muscle tension I primarily bought it to help with muscle cramps and restlessness at night and it has really helped. My legs used to feel tight and sore after long days, and that has reduced noticeably... Sleep has improved I don’t toss and turn as much, and I feel more rested when I wake up... I didn’t experience any digestive issues or the usual laxative effects that I had with other magnesium forms like citrate. Would recommend for anyone looking for a gentle, high-absorption magnesium supplement especially for muscle recovery, stress relief, and better sleep

Packaging was secure, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I’ve added this magnesium supplement to my daily routine, and it’s been helping with post-workout recovery. Glad it uses magnesium citrate instead of cheaper forms.

Its actually a good supplement but the only thing i didn’t like in this is each serving gives us 500 cal but the nutritional information on the back shows it as 0.5kcal. I know that they didn’t do anything wrong but I just felt that it would be better if they’ve put 500 cal directly

I’ve been using these magnesium glycinate tablets regularly. The tablets are easy to swallow, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. I noticed some improvement in my sleep and overall well-being, but the results were gradual rather than immediate. The product quality seems good, though I wish the bottle contained more tablets. I have been using Mg glycinate from this brand since 2020, I could see the results very well from the start I does have schedule amount of magnesium glycinate @200-220mg per tablet i.e, approx 440 mg for 2 tablets a day ! Now for the biggest problem it has, since I've been using this product for such a long time I could see some side effects also like very low energy throughout the day even after having 6-9hrs of sleep. Later I found out it has concerning amount of Lead which can lead to lead toxicity in the body and there is no safety limit for lead in the body as it accumulates in the bones even at lower concentrations. Rest you can check the side effects of low level toxicity in long term usage for yourself in Claude/ GPT. I'm attaching the lab test reports by Eurofins labs, one of the most reliable labs in India. As a working Doctor myself, with harsh duty hrs and irregular sleep, Mg glycinate supplements are essential for good sleep/rest but should be taken only when needed for a short course of time.
