Very useful product . I always tend to get muscle soreness even after simple workouts . It really helped me in reducing the soreness . Now I do hiit and strength training but i hardly get the soreness .sleep cycle have also improved and I have already ordered the 2nd bottle for me . Please note it takes 15 days to notice the effect .
