Great ladder!
Great ladder with safety features. Didn't want my son climbing on a ladder without safety feature. This makes cleaning gutters and changing light bulbs a lot less agonizing for him and me. We have 2 smaller Louisville ladders and really trust the brand

This is a GREAT ladder!
Louisville makes great ladders - no surprise there - but the tool platform at the top of this ladder is a brilliant design. It makes the ladder much more stable in many circumstances and having a place to put tools at the top of the ladder is WONDERFUL. I had trouble finding someone who could actually supply the ladder - you might want to contact the vendor first and make sure that the REALLY have them in stock (it turned out that 3 out of the 4 vendors I ordered from did NOT actually have the ladders and ended up canceling the order after 2-3 weeks) - but in the end , it was definitely worth the wait and the hassle!

Overall satisfied
I like the ladder. Works well, well built. It did arrive with some minor damage. The bottom rung is dented. No real functional problem. Just seems like it was a scratch and dent sale item. It could have happened in shipping too. But still, overall happy with the purchase.

I bought this ladder so I could paint my 2-story house by myself. Works great. Very sturdy, good build. Fairly easy to telescope to full length by myself. For the price I bought it for, 2 things keep it from being perfect, and would like to see addressed in future models: 1- the release latch for the grips that keep the 2nd stage of the ladder in place is made of plastic. Would've liked a metal piece. 2- the feet are a little small and are attached with a simple metal bracket and nuts and bolts. Would've liked something a little stronger looking... other than that, very happy.

Well packaged and exactly as advertised.
Great packaging and terrific product. Exactly what I needed. Looked at Lowes and Home Depot but all wanted crazy costs for shipping.

Great price but definitely used
The ladder is great, lightweight, easy to use. The V-Shaped Top With Tool Slots is great. One down side I should have known it would come used or damaged in some way for the price it was sold for.

it's a used ladder, dents and scratches can be found all over the ladder. The rung lock is plastic and cheap.
