Coming into the winter months I was recommended to use and take vitamin D because I’ve not getting the sun. I have been using these now for a couple of weeks and have already noticed the difference especially in my mood. They are a really small tablet to take which I like as they are easy to swallow you get a year supply which is fantastic and for the price I paid as well I would highly recommend these to anybody and I love the brand nutrition geeks and actually these was cheap cheaper to buy from Amazon than from the actual website so I would recommend buying from here

Excellent quality for good price
I needed vitamin D without the vitamin K. I am on blood thinner, so I need to be careful about the vitamin K. As many vitamin D supplements are combined with vitamin K on the market, I had to read the label. It does the job.
