Magnet Valley 5 Magnetic Sheets of 8" x 10" Adhesive 60 mil Magnet Ultra Thick

First of all, I was a bit skeptical about this product....bc others that were similar in description 'That they were strong"....were NOT. This one IS VERY STRONG. IT is thick. adhesive backed, and holds up a paper towel dispenser, ( with full trifold paper towels), in my kitchen. It was a wall mount dispenser, but being a renter, I did not want to drill holes into the tile. So, I tried different magnetized products to no success. Truly, this was the last magnetized product that I was going to order and try. Finally....perseverance paid off and this is the product that is the keeper. Not sure of your individualized need in magnet strength, but this one is VERY Strong. The key to the strong magnetizing is the thickness of the sheet, I suppose. The thinner sheets just do not work. I included a pic of how I was using the magnet sheet and where it is placed, to show my idea. I don't think you will be disappointed. I know I am not in the least....FINALLY!

Worked great for my purposing. Used one to cover a 7" hole for exterior-venting oven hood fan (I put it above my stove great filters, so when not cooking my A/C doesn't seep out the vent, whtn after cooking just stick it back). Because one side of these are adhesive, I attached to a piece of thin 8x10 plexiglass to make it more solid (these are fairly bendable) Glad I got this version as it's very thick and sticks well to the metal oven hood (or a refrigerator, or any other metal object). Wish it came in a "1-pac," instead of having to buy 5, but I can use the other 4 to cut for refrigerator magnets (with pics) or other purposes. These would be ideal for an 8x10 family photo or collage to send to relatives to put on their frig. Bottom line, these are THICK and STICK really well (so glad I didn't get the thin, wimpy ones with so-so reviews from other sellers). These are durable, but also easy to cut or drill.

These magnets are great! My projects need a magnet that will hold them to any metal surface and these magnets do the job. I do add a spot or two of glue to the backing before I apply the magnet to my project just to make sure it holds securely. The adhesive strength isn’t strong enough for my projects. Sometimes the magnet has fell off. However it takes a minute to fix that problem with a little gorilla glue. I will be purchasing these magnets as long as they are available! Love them!!

I am SO pleased with these magnetic sheets. I hunted several stores before finally deciding to get these more expensive ones through Amazon because everything I found in stores was really thin and a lot of them were rolled up also. I wanted flat and thick. I used these to make minecraft magnets for my son's birthday and they turned out fabulous. The adhesive was incredibly sticky and I have had no problem with the paper I stuck to the magnets coming up at the edges or anywhere else. I cut the magnets by hand with regular scissors and it was not as hard as I thought it would be. They cut pretty easily but your hand does get tired after awhile. And I was just cutting a whole bunch of squares. Anything with a shape to it would have been much more tedious though I'm sure it could be done. The reason I gave the magnets 4 stars instead of 5 is because I noticed that my kids hands were coming away black every time they played with the magnets. I had printed out sheets of minecraft blocks and stuck them to the adhesive magnet sheets so I at first thought that the black was ink from the printer coming off so I laminated some of the magnets but their hands still came away black. I tried rubbing only the back of a magnet with my finger for a minute (without touching the inked paper on the front) and sure enough, my finger turned black. So you might give a second thought to your purchase if you will be handling these magnets a lot. The magnets are still a huge hit at our house, I just have to try to catch the kids when they are done playing and wash their hands before the black winds up on furniture, walls, books, etc. Otherwise, fantastic product.

I ordered "new driver" car magnets for while we are teaching our teenager to drive but since several reviews mentioned the magnets were on the thin/weak side, I ordered these adhesive magnetic sheets to go with them. I traced the car magnets onto the sheets, cut them out with some super-strong scissors (this stuff is thick - regular scissors are not going to work) and applied them to the adhesive sheets. You can barely tell. (I meant to get 30-40mil but accidently ordered 60mil but I am super happy with the results - these car magnets aren't going anywhere now!)

My application is unique for this product. But it worked exactly as I was hoping it work! Very thick and durable. Adheres just like I was hoping! My only complaint was it is way more than I need but I can always find some use for it?

I bought these so I could turn my bumper stickers into magnets as I am not a bumper sticker person so I don’t want them stuck on there. But I did find some amazing ones from artists I just needed to display. I peeled off the white part and stuck the stickers to the magnet (the stickiness of the magnet is not very sticky so I recommend using actual stickers). I cut them with my kitchen scissors because this is thick magnet. It wasn’t hard to cut them exactly how I needed, even tight little corners (but I think really strong scissors is a requirement for that). So far I’ve gone through the car wash several times, we’ve had the summer heat in WA and now some rain. The magnets have held up perfectly. I haven’t checked if they have “melted” to my car lol so let’s hope not! Anyway, if you’re looking for a non-permanent way to use bumper stickers I highly recommend these. I have 4 on there ranging from rectangle to circle to “quote bubble” shapes and they're all good to go and I still have some full sheets and smaller pieces left.

I buy these to store tabletop miniatures that I've glued magnets to the bottom of. They've been great in the past but I just ordered another set and the magnetism is way way weaker. The old sheets held my minis in place with no issue but these barely do anything.

I purchased these to store die cuts for card making. The magnet held the dies very firmly. I was using 30 ml magnetic sheets that the dies just popped off of. I will certainly order more. The extra money is well worth the value.

Great product.

I used the sheet to stick on a white board that I had that was not magnetic. The sheet adhered to the white board & I stuck magnetic letters on, it does the job. I wish they had it in white instead of black.
