My drain instantly goes at a 90 degree angel will drian clog remover work?

Yes,This drian clog remover can be bent freely in the water pipe.

Will these go down a bathroom sink drain without having to remove the stopper mechanism?

I used this on a shower drain and it worked great. I'm not positive, but I think you will probably need to remove the stopper in order to use this on a sink drain.

Is it truue that if you follow the directions this wontt ssget stuck in the drain?

I’ve been using using these successfully for years and while I don’t recall the instructions, I have never had a real problem with them getting stuck very much . It is a bit of an intuitive in/out dance between you and the plastic instrument.

Does it work for clogging in general or just hair?

That depends on what a particular clog is made of. It's intended to remove hair clogs, as the strips have angled teeth that catch onto hair clogs to remove them. If there is something of substance that the teeth can catch, rather than something amorphous like a grease clog, I suspect it would work. For gunk that slows or clogs a drain, such as build-up from conditioners and other sticky products, I have better luck using baking soda, vinegar, hot water, and a plunger, or an enzyme drain cleaner like Earthworm. For hair, this product is amazing.
