| Warranty Summary | 6 Months Warranty, Sattva warrants the product to be free from manufacturing defects for 3 days from the date of delivery. This means that any manufacturing defect such as faulty zipper or Velcro or broken handles need to be claimed for warranty within 3 days from the date of delivery. Should the product be defective, Sattva will repair the product at no charge to the owner. This is an offsite warranty, which means all products must be brought in to our factory. Please bring along your purchase invoice or receipt. For larger bean bags, a collection and delivery service can be arranged at a cost. Definitely sounds and looks like a good deal..But1. Too soft2. Doesn't hold shape how much I ever add beans3. Had to return it because the back hurts due to point 2

If it's your first bean bag then be prepared because the 4xl size is going to be huge like 4x4 ft. It consumed around 3 kg of bean. The quality is awesome.. and if you rub your hands while sitting on it, you'll feel static electricity. That a great side activity for every age group person!!😅

It's not 4XL but 3 XL and without any lining from inside the furr. So it might not last long.Coming to the looks it's good and soft.
