Perfect Speakers for Anyone Who Just Wants Better Sound
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐So far, so good! These speakers already sound much better than my monitor’s built-in speakers. The tweeter appears to be more for looks, but that doesn’t bother me since I’m not adjusting the treble much anyway. The bass is surprisingly good for the size, and the volume gets plenty loud for my desk setup. The build quality and finish are also impressive — they have a nice solid feel with a clean black design. The control unit has a simple single light indicator, which keeps things minimal. For around $55, these are a great value. They fit perfectly with my setup and are a big upgrade over basic monitor speakers.

A Great Value for The Price!
I just got these yesterday. For the price, a great value. Especially good for use in a small office. I primarily listen to classical music so they sound great for that. If you want something for more bass-driven music like Techno you'll want something that supports a subwoofer.Initially, I set them up on each side of my monitor but they sounded a little flat so I moved them further apart about 4 feet at 45 degree angles to me and Wow! They sound awesome with the Kanto S4 Tilted Desktop Speaker Stands.https://a.co/d/029GbhPG

Smooth pure sound. Compact and simple to set-up. Esthetically pleasing.I did some research looking for the best speakers for my desk workstation at work and found the right speakers for the wrong set-up, and exactly what I asked for but NOT what I was looking for. These speakers delivered a very smooth and pure sound. The video turns the sound severely tinny with no where near the actual deep bass output and full composition of sound. They put sound out quite satisfactorily in the direction they are facing but angle off to the side 45deg and the sound loses volume sharply.I gave these speakers a 4 of five solely because of the volume. This is a pretty critical judgement in my opinion but I am sticking with it because they just aren’t nearly loud enough for a speaker of this size and weight. Pretty much any cheap speaker I can buy at Walmart or 5 Below can volume up loud enough to be “too loud.” The loud level where you have the thought to yourself, I ought to bump it down a notch. In the video these are at max volume. In my opinion this volume should be about 2/3 of the range. They topped out and left much to be desired for volume.Things to note:• These speakers have marginally satisfactory bass. You won’t “feel” it but they are better than your average run-of-the-mill speaker.• These speakers are connected by an audio/power cable that is about 4-5ft long. I thought they were individually powered and connected with Bluetooth. One unit has the volume, Bluetooth, connections, the other is solely a speaker.• They are quite heavy and feel well made and look sharp. The fake tweaker could be left out or made real— not a fan of faux for the sake of it especially when it faints higher quality than it actually produces. Conclusion:I won’t be sending these back, they are acceptable and inexpensive enough — I gave them to my son for his bedroom computer gaming setup. He was very excited. For $75 I feel content with the quality for the right situation — A computer desk.Unfortunately I was looking for a “desktop” speaker that I could FEEL and would FILL a office size room, as I play the music for the room while we work, so the speaker needs to be substantially loud enough where it carries through the room but quality enough to where it sounds rich, smooth, and clean rather than sharp, and shallow. These speakers meet the sound bar quite nicely they fall off STEEPLY in projection!!!

Great Build Quality and Overall Value
I bought these to replace older computer speakers for use at my computer workstation. I occasionally work with media and do a lot of music production. Although these don't qualify as reference speakers for audio engineering, they sound great at most volumes. Everything functions as expected. I'm aware the tweeter is just "for show." They produce sufficient bass, but that obviously drops out at high volume. I don't expect these will need replacing for quite a while. I recommend them, especially considering the price.

AWESOME SPEAKERS
These speakers are sick. They have great sound. They have good leveling. I'm no studio guy. I just play video games on these. Only thing I wish is they had to plug in to put a sub on them. But for the value these are great. They were also pretty easy to set up. Took me maybe 10 minutes.

volume knob doesn't work, inadequate documentation, USB mode is extremely flaky
These are total bargain-bin speakers, poorly engineered, with design defects and no useful documentation. The biggest engineering bug is that the volume knob doesn't work when you use it with USB. This problem is no documented anywhere on the Amazon page. It does seem to be discussed in the printed booklet that comes with the speakers, but the English is so bad that it's hard to tell what they intended to say: "Note: When using Bluetooth mode and USB cable connection mode, the speaker volume may share the same volume with the device, so the main volume knob is not set with the highest and lowest volume scales." If you can understand that sentence, then good for you. I'm guessing it came straight out of Google Translate. The speakers can be used in three modes, but the printed booklet that comes with the speakers doesn't mention how to set the the mode. For this information, you need to carefully look through the Amazon page, where they have this note: "Long press 2 seconds to change the mode, green is audio mode, red is USB connection mode, blue is Bluetooth mode. " I assume "audio mode" is intended to mean using it with a phono jack. "Long press" refers to pressing and holding the volume knob for a couple of second. This is really bad engineering. For usability, all they needed to do was make the thing detect when it's connected to USB. (Hey, it's not that hard for a USB device to detect that!) As it is, you get the thing out of the box and plug it in through the USB cable, and you have absolutely no idea why it isn't working. The micro-USB cable they supply does not mate nicely with the port on the back of the speaker. It's hard to tell whether you're pushing it in hard enough or not. Low-quality parts, cheap engineering. One speaker has all the connectors sticking out of the back. The power cable sticks out about 6 cm. This is awkward when you're trying to fit the speaker into a confined space, e.g., it wouldn't fit on my windowsill. So if you're buying these because they look compact, keep this in mind. The only good things I will say about these speakers are that they do have pretty decent bass response, and they were certainly cheap.[EDIT] I spent an afternoon doing some coding while playing sound through the speakers, and I experienced even more problems. The biggest hassle is that the USB input worked fine for a few hours and then abruptly stopped working in the middle of playing something. I tried power cycling the speakers, but that didn't help. I had to shut down my computer and reboot to get the speakers working again, but then the USB input stopped working again after a couple of minutes. As a last resort, I plugged the speakers in via the analog phono-plug cable (which luckily I'd saved). This fixed it, but it eliminated one of my main reasons for having bought this particular model of speakers, which was that I wanted something with USB input.A second thing I noticed is that the broken behavior of the volume knob is not even consistent. What I originally observed was that the knob seemed to have no effect when I was in USB mode, and I assumed that this was what was being documented in the tortured English of the documentation, as quoted above. But I later noticed that turning the knob while in USB could actually have three different effects: (1) sometimes it has no effect; (2) sometimes it works; (3) sometimes it deactivates the speakers and the only way to recover is by power cycling. So basically it looks like whoever made the USB interface was just totally incompetent and/or didn't do any testing. The USB interface is just completely unusable my experience.A final issue is that when I was in USB mode, I found that for some material (e.g., the PBS News Hour's streaming programs on their web site), the sound output was extremely low -- e.g., too low to be easily audible when there was background noise such as a fan. This seemingly can't be fixed in software, because even when I max out my operating system's volume control, I just can't get a level through the USB interface that is loud enough. Of course, if the volume knob worked while in USB mode, then you would have a way to convince the speakers to give some more gain -- but as described above, that's a disaster.

Sanyun
These speakers are an excellent budget option with surprisingly good sound quality for the price. The audio is clear, the bass is decent for their size, and they get plenty loud without noticeable distortion. They were easy to set up, look great on my desk, and work well for gaming, music, and watching videos. Overall, I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for affordable desktop speakers.

Good sound
Not the best ones. But very good speakers for this price. Bluetooth is working good. Doesn't have a lot white noise while no sound. Sounds like 25 watt rms. Sounds good and quality
