Great table, arrived damaged in transit by DPD, tried to arrange return, turns out it’s to big to return, after being sent returns label by Amazon, have contacted every courier service there is for large parcels and none will take it, including all of Amazon customer services recommendations. Looks like my only option is to break it in to smaller pieces and post separately. £150 lighter, useless table that it appears I’m stuck with. Never had to return on Amazon before, thought it would be as easy as buying and the only hassle would be repacking. How wrong can you be. I have until February 1st to get this returned or I’ll be charged for replacement too. My advice is check it’s not damaged while driver is there, make him wait!, then refuse to accept if damaged. Shame because it really is a nice item. Amazon customer service pleasant, but no help at all.

Same as some other reviewers, the table arrived with chipped paint, only small but immediately noticeable.The table was bought for my mum and after unpacking and setting out, she couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of returning.It’s sturdy enough.It does look really good folded up though and takes up such little space, and it has the handy little shelf.Apart from the chip it does look good.I do think it’s a little expensive for what it is, but still overall happy (ish) with it.

We really liked this table and chairs when it arrived however after two weeks the leg fell off. The fixing was a wooden dowel which had broken in half. It was not suitable, durable and too weak to do the job it was intended to do. I read some of the other reviews about returning the product but decided it was a no no. My husband managed to find a better solution and did a repair. I am not happy that we had to do this, the table wasn't cheap. Also, when the leg fell off it chipped one of the chairs I.e. the white coating chipped. The concept of this product is excellent but I am afraid I am not expecting it to last!

Poor Quality for price - and not made well although this is what I have now come to expect - but standards have dropped over the years - I would advise to go to a charity shop and paint an item. The back has screws very near end of wood so looks like it will fall to bits. When table is extended it's not level. This however is a tidy item which will fit wel. Alterations will have to be made.

My table arrived quickly, and is more sturdy than I was expecting! (I used it for Christmas dinner and it was perfect for 2 adults)!! It folds up/opens easily and the little shelf (which is usable whether table is up or down) is a good size. Very happy with my purchase, and would recommend this seller and product! (I am unable to comment on the assembly of the table, as I had a friend do it for me)!!

Has been a fantastic purchase for my small flat where I cannot have a proper dining table due to size, very solid to eat on and folds away easily as a nice side cabinet.

This product came in a box pre-assembled, this however was delivered upside down despite clearly stating 'this way up' on the packaging. There is damage to the inside carcass where a fitting has been put in incorrectly, there are scratches to the front at the base of one of the side panels and one of the hinges had no screws in and can only support one due to damaged around the hinged area.
