Grill Light for Outdoor Grill: 2 Brightness Super Bright Clamp-On BBQ Light

Having flipped our clocks back to standard time (shakes fist.. ) it's now dark at 5/530pm every day. Which makes grilling rather difficult unless you have a flood light pointed right at your grill while you're out cooking. Enter: this grill light! We have one of those Blackstone grills and the lid has a nice large handle to attach the light to. Installation took a whopping five minutes to put batteries in (thanks for the little screwdriver for the battery door) and screw the clamp onto the handle and rotate the light into its final resting spot and tighten. Super bright, nice that there are two levels to choose from - ample light for our entire cooking surface. Thankfully this light does not get in the way of the lid closing, so we can keep it attached year-round. I keep seeing reviews claiming this is not waterproof. This review asks me to rate the "Weatherproof". Yet neither of those words are present on the page specifically. Regarding waterproof, that much I can state is true, there are no seals around the battery door. The description states "sealing design can cope with different weather conditions" on the product page yet the instructions that came with the light say to avoid moisture as it will damage the light. Bit mis-leading - but I'd avoid using this in the rain or keeping it on your grill if it's outside and uncovered. Also make sure you mount the light with the power button facing 'up'. sun here in WA goes down at around 5-6pm. this works very well for steak night. absolutely love this. would recommend to anyone. also good to look for bad guysss

Great light source. It’s a little bulky. It hits the grill a little if I don’t adjust it when closing the lid. I just would prefer something that you install and don’t have to remember to move before closing.

I grill on our deck year round, including frequent after dark cooking. After finally tiring of holding a flashlight, I purchased this grill light. I have nothing but good things to say about this light. Brightness is fine, beam spread is excellent, battery life is excellent, and it rotates out of the way when putting the cover on the grill. They also offer a “no hassle” guarantee, which I can attest to as being “for real”. The stem of my light broke recently after 4 months of frequent use on freezing cold nights. I emailed a photo of where it broke, requested a replacement, and received a positive response within a week advising me that a replacement has shipped. In short, it’s a good light and a good company. You won’t be disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of installation on my new Weber grill. I grill year around. In the winter it gets dark around 4pm. The light easily folds out of the way when I close the grill and there is enough friction so that it stays in position and out of the way. Not so large as to interfere with putting the grill cover on after it has cooled. It has 2 levels of brightness: useful and daylight! Really a great solution for year round grilling!

This was an inexpensive, easy solution to grilling at night time. I had to move my grill to an area farther away from the floodlight on my house. In doing so it left the Grill area in darkness. And it was difficult to see if food on the grill was completely cooked. This little device solved that problem. It was inexpensive and I recommend this product for anybody looking to solve a similar situation

I bought this light over others because it claimed to be waterproof. Sadly after a storm blew the cover off our grill, it was exposed to rain and ended up rusted and no longer works. I opened it up to find rusty water and one of the lights completely soaked. Worked great until exposed to water once, but if it can't withstand some rain, why advertise it was such? Sellers will not accept a return either as its past the 30 day window. Very unsatisfied and would not recommend this light or this company. Edit: the company reached out and provided me with a refund. I greatly appreciate that they made it right. They explained that the product is not intended to be exposed to water. I hope they update their description to reflect as such.
