Perfumeria Gal Fragranced Balm (Red Currant) .53oz

I’ve used this lip balm for almost 20 years but it’s been hard to find vendors- wish it was more available. But Amazon found me one! I love how it’s beautifully scented, thick and protective for dry or damaged lips and actually appears to leave a slight tint to your lips not really a color as such but a lovely accenting tint to bring out the beautiful natural tone of our lips while it protects and heals. I can’t recommend it highly enough but once you try you’ll give up those medicated-tasting gels and appreciate the scent and slight taste of this thick protectorant. Thank you for such beautifully and efficiently packed product which arrived exactly on time! Kudos to this vendor and their lovely product!

I don’t know what red currants are supposed to smell like, but to me, this smells almost exactly like Sweet Tarts candy. I love Sweet Tarts, so this balm is extra enjoyable for me to use. It’s a nice smooth texture, and the color is subtle. Just a tint. I think the tin is generously sized. I love this lip balm.

I have been using this lip balm for years and it never fails to disappoint me! The fruity fragrance of red currant smells so delicious! And it moisturizes my lips perfectly—not heavy or sticky. It also for me, lasts a long time, I use it on my lips before bedtime. It is just the perfect lip balm!

It doesn’t smell natural, like it did twenty years ago! Man, weird times. Definitely giving sweet tarts candy, these days. Also looks like it’s pigmented differently. I miss the good stuff- even in the old, too-tight tin. Edit: A couple if weeks later, the sharpness of the artificial scents is decreasing, so I’ve added a star. Still not like it used to be, but a very nice scent is emerging.

This is the best lip balm I've ever used. Moisturizing and lasts a long time. It might seem expensive but it is well worth it.

This lip balm is amazing! The only issue that I have with it is that the lid is so hard to get off!!

I like this product much better for moisturizing my lips than Chapstick. I have a few different flavors which - to me - smell nice. And it is closer to the consistency of Vaseline in comparison to typical lip balm, which is sticky and waxy. So if you don’t want a product that is thin and slick, this probably isn’t for you.
