I purchased these to get my hair to grow faster after a bad haircut, and not only did it make my hair grow considerable faster, but I noticed I wasn't as sore after being on the floor for prolonged times wrapping presents and stuff like that. I didn't have the ache you get when you first get up. It just wasn't there anymore, and I can't contribute that to anything else other than taking these pills.

Five years years ago my hair would not grow past my shoulders what so ever, the ends were split and dry and my nails would peel and flake off like mica. No amount of hair treatments, oil, or products would fix this problem that I had been having since I finished puberty. I tried a few different brands, the powder you put in drinks that taste like literal cat food and moldy fish, the liquid that does not taste much better and I eventually settled on this brand's tablets... I have been using these for three years straight and my hair is down to my middle back now, and my nails are long and strong. It took a good 6 months to really notice results but after those six months I swore I would never use a different product. My skin is also plumper and some finer lines around my eyes have filled in. I highly recommend this product because it WORKS. This product is perfect for people who cannot tolerate the powder collagen and can tolerate BIG pills. Please, try this product but give it a few months to work. It can't work overnight, it can't work in a week, you have to give it at least 4.

I'm trying to decide if I like the pills better than stirring in my coffee and no answer there, it's whatever your preference. I've used the powder collagen for 3 years so I think it's hard to change. I do feel several things in my life are better because of taking collagen, so will take it in one form or another. As for the stars I don't think they are for pain and I take them so fast if there's flavor, I didn't realize it.

I'm in my 60's and thought I'd try collagen for my skin, of course. I wasn't all that enthusiastic about the recommended dosage: 6 capsules a day? I always start any medication or supplement with 1/2 the suggested dose. In this case, I started (and still do) take only 2 a day with the rest of my vitamin/herbal supplements. I have eyebrows again! I also have a healthy new crop of lady-hair between my legs and I'm really impressed. My hair doesn't do that frizzy-kinky thing at the back of my neck anymore, but I'm especially excited about my eyebrows growing back in. Did not expect that!

This is my second bottle, it works, I only take 2 tablets after a meal.

I'm uncertain about this product. It's labeled as vegetarian, but it also contains grass-fed ingredients. Can someone verify?

The product was nit good it given you item will expire before using all ..and i tried to cancel at first but they didnt allowed us what a scam..i tried to replace it also.it say no return policy what a scam .selling item expired before the use of date
