I'm at drama school as a mature student and last term I was feeling INCREDIBLY burned out. I've suffered from severe burnout before from working a corporate job - i felt like my brain was stuffed with cotton wool, I had terrible brain fog, I was constantly exhausted, spending every minute of free time sleeping and still waking up exhausted, and my mood was down the toilet. Back then I went to the doctor and tested rock bottom for vitamin b12, D, ferritin and folate. I felt pretty much the same when term ended: I couldn't think clearly, I was randomly really struggling with some very basic lines, notes from directors which needed to be implemented instantly for screen was overwhelming (with stage I could at least write it down first and then take some time to process, but screen is redirection between takes, so you have to be really on it) -so I decided to take some vitamins because as an actor you NEED your brain to work so you can remember lines - you can't cruise through on autopilot or hold your brain together with post-it notes. I'm terrible with remembering to take pills but somehow these are much easier to remember to take.I take B12, D and Iron all by BetterYou. Individually the sprays taste nice, i just chuck them all down my neck at the same time and they still taste ok, even though mint (Vid D) and fruit is a little odd in terms of a combination.I've been taking them for a month and even though I'm still knackered and foggy all the time, it's not AS bad as it was. I'm feeling maybe 15-20% better I wake up with a little more pep in my step, my weekends aren't wasted being a slug in bed, my mood has definitely improved (although I think that's also to do with having a 5 week break). Vitamin deficiences take time to build back up - 3-6 months so I think I'm on track to being a functional human again.

I struggle swallowing tablet form of vitamins so I came across this and I can honestly say I am enjoying taking it no more tablets for me I just do one pump under my tongue hold for few seconds and done it has a mild minty taste and no bitterness

Didn’t use it gave it away to someone they have not said anything to me how it was not a lot I can say it’s easy to use I have used there b12 one that was nice

I live in Scotland.. so not much sun. This is a life saver. After a year of taking this, under tongue, I finally had my Vitamin D levels checked this January. They were at 83 ng/ml. Very nice and high, well within adequate range. While 50 is ‘normal’, and 75 is ‘high normal’, levels above 75 (and below 100) may offers some benefits.So glad I now know this fully works and is what it says it is.Spray itself has nice pleasant minty taste.
