quite heavy to move about so I have it plugged into the corner of my bedroom and just slide it forward when I want to use it. This model has 10x10mins pre-set programmes as well as allowing you freedom of selecting your own routine. Just standing on it can give you a stitch in side. I use the board daily for 10 minutes in the morning and it sets me up for a day. Can't comment on weight loss as that was never my goal but I definitely noticed that my legs are more toned with daily use.

Have only had this a few days but i am really happy with the unit itself. It is actually fun to use without the burning muscle pains of high impact methods. It is easy to use and (maybe i shouldn't say this when most recommend exercising every other day) i am using it several times a day and really feeling a benefit and i feel good overall.I do have qualms with the accessories. The resistance bands are too small for me and i could not stop them rolling into thin bands so have ordered others. Also i found the loop bands very light. I think they can be adjusted to make them shorter and therefore more resistance, but i chose to add a pilates bar and bands which is much better.This from someone whose exercise for the best part of the last 20 years has been a monthly visit to the chemists and occasional walks to the doctors when they want to see me. I am really enjoying getting my fitness and strength back. Would highly recommend this :)

Great item I love it

The 3D Turbo vibroplate is easy to use and does easy joint pain. I haven’t had it long enough (Only had it a week) to see any toning or weight loss effects. Looking forward to them though!

It’s amazing! I’ve only had it a short while and I’m super impressed, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 5 years ago, I try my hardest to reman active and have found Pilate to be what works for me - this bit of kit complements and has had a very positive impact in short space of time, it’s a joy to use. Easy to set up, very sturdy build quality, it is heavy but has a little roller so it’s easy to move and fits nicely under my sofa.

I was taking physio led pilates and my instructor had a professional power plate. I decided after a couple of months to try to get one for home. I get aches in my joints and pain in my lower back (I was having facet joint injections in my lower back). After 2 months of programme 1 (preset programme), 10 minutes a day I feel I no longer need the facet joint injections, my aches and pains used to be every day, now I'm beginning to think they are a thing of the past. Over the moon with my progress. I feel steadier and stronger, more sure footed than I have in the last 8 years!Easy to set up. Full instructions and instructional support offered if needed (I've not used this yet as I've not felt the need but feel reassured it's available).Would recommend. Good size for home use. Lifepro will not fulfill their guarantee. I have been waiting for a replacement for my faulty plate for 4 weeks despite being told it would take 2-4 days. Customer services tell me every day that they are very sorry, it is being dealt with, have a nice day. Buyer beware,

Heard such good reports for the Lifepro Turbo Vibration Plate (especially from Gin Stephens) and decided to take the plunge. Interested to see the results, specifically for inflammation and stronger bones. Excited for the next few months!
