You can apply the tape really close to the top of the collar Also, the tape provides a space between your neck and the collar which should help

I only used them on shirts. No good. The fabric is not smooth at all, don’t wear it if in contact with your skin. I don’t know about leather jackets, it might work.

Q: Is this available in different lengths? 10 feet is nothing. I would like to find a 100-foot length.

Q: Is this available in a clear color of tape?

Unfortunately, it just comes in the white.
