Does this come with a stick in the cover for easy covering?!

No stick. Just slipped over closed umbrella and zipped up to finish and cover whole umbrella. Worked well when it rained. Satisfied with product.

Will this fit a 6 x 10 rectangular umbrella?

Don't think so, not the 10' anyway.

Can it fit 10' cantilevel umbrellas?

no - not for cantilever umbrellas

what size is this cover?

My umbrella is 9 ft. The cover is extra large and more than covers it.. It was very easy to put on....
