and company has good communication with customers
First core rig and just ordered replacement bit. I was able to do about 10 12"-holes in concrete (several with rebar) before I found the core bit not really biting. Being new to the world of coring, I'm assuming the bit has dulled (hence why I ordered the new one). Seems to do the job, very reasonably priced, and company has good communication with customers. 4 stars is because I know its a good product, but I don't know enough about the practice (use of the product), or have anything to compare it to, to give it 5.
