This is a great buy for Vit D3 and is essential for those who dont get enough sun exposure, I have been using it over a week now. The taste is bit oily but isn't weird. This is a good form of vitamin D (cholecalciferol) and much better than cheap ones that cost you a pound. My wife and I are both using it and we are happy with this purchase. I would suggest you to take this everyday with calcium supplement and you will see the difference.

The product does what it says on the tin. The dropper however struggles to fill up to the recommended dose of 1ml and is quite messy as it is an olive oil-based product. So once you sucked it up in the dropper, be prepared for it to just leak out and drip everywhere. I think making it a spray bottle would be better... The other point I would like to mention is, being olive oil-based, the taste is horrendous. On the flip side though, the positives from using this far outweighs the negatives.

Having always added D3 plus K2 as an easy for the gut to absorb supplementation. Am more than statisfied with the ease of taking this combo in a recomended dosage via the liquid form of Nutroliq D3+K2. At 82 with no need for any pharmaceutical medications taking appropriate supplementation is an option I gladly accept. My physical body agrees!

I discovered this brand when I was looking for Biotin, and I have to say this is worth the money. It is just a shame that it sells out so quickly. The package always arrives wrapped in plastic on both the bottle s d the box. The bottle size is big for the price you pay- which i love! So please don't change. I would love to see more vitamins/supplements on there like iron or iron with vitamin C,B3, B6 or thé B complex (i.e all the vit B) Lions Maine etc. It will also be nice to be able to buy the vitamins in bundles i would happily subscribe to that.

I've been using this everyday for almost 2 weeks now and my sleep has greatly improved. My sleep has consisted of waking up very tired and feeling like I've only been in bed for 5 minutes. I've felt like this since my for the past 20 years. I'm actually entering REM sleep and dreaming. Someone said taking it before bed would allow it to work better- I had nightmares! If that works for you, then ok. I prefer taking just before breakfast or at the latest, just before lunch. No problems at all. Doesn't taste of anything, very slight oily mint aftertaste. Definitely has helped ease my mood and helped my body acknowledge when rest is needed. Update: had to switch to a a bottle of vitamin d3 without k2 as I was getting more headaches. Blood results showed that this may have increased platelet count and placed me at risk of thrombosis. I would still recommend this product. However, if there is hereditary dvt or strokes in the family, seek a brand without k2.
