Check in if the socket of switch is proffesionaly wired

How accurate is this? Pl check in 2 to 3 House, you know is electrically wired proffesionaly. Because some need to be made sure.it works ok Eg.( Left hole of socket is neutral ie .no current.and right hole of socket is phase ie has current (you will get shock ) top hole is earthing ,so any electric leakage is there in equipment it will deminish through earthing socket hole. Built material is not rugged quality. It is For people with little knowledge of electricity.
