Great wood burner for the price
Bought this wood burner for my husband and I’ve actually been using it for crafts. Overall I’ve never owend a wood burner so this one is all I have to go off of but I love it. The only thing is I wish the chord was a tad bit longer. It comes with several different head replacements and carvers. It does get really hot and I’ve noticed if you have it on for over 2 hours or close to that it’s hard to grip because it gets hot and the quality of my work decreased a bit because the gun was engraving differently at that point. Overall, I am pleased with what we use it for

Good quality and variety of accessories for beginners
Purchase this for our 14-year-old's birthday, he absolutely loves it. It has all the things you need for learning how to do woodworking, and even soldering. Products aren't too bad for being in a kit, they definitely function well, temperature controls are easy to use and nice variety. My son said it is very comfortable to hold and has no complaints there either. This was worth the value, for a beginner. I wouldn't purchase this for anyone more than a beginner.

Good quality overall
This is my 3rd or 4th wood burning pen, overall it's a good value for the price. The heat output is pretty consistent, and the included tips are a good variety. The 4 stars are due to the pen getting too hot to hold after extended use, I would recommend using a glove if working on a large project.

Great wood burning kit love it
I'm a beginner in wood burning. And this little kit doesn't disappoint. It's great for beginners or for professionals. I highly recommend it

Wonderful woodburning kit!
I bought this to learn with.. and I am enjoying it immensely! For the price you get an awful lot of tips. I love it! A few reviews state that the handle gets very warm after a bit of use.. but I have heard most all of them do. lol They sell finger slip guards and I would suggest getting a set! Overall.. for the price you cannot beat it. As someone mentioned tho, I wish the cord was longer.. but not gonna knock a star off for that. Maybe with enough feedback they will fix that ;)

Expensive
It was not as sturdy as I hoped; it seems to be cheaply made. The lack of instructions about the heat settings for soldering and wood burning is limited. I tried to cut the deco-mesh and was either too hot or not hot enough. Hopefully, I'll get the glass cutting board I ordered, and I can at least practice to figure it out.

Great purchase.
Awesome Wood burning kit. Also has small item soldering tools. Bought this for my wife for Christmas and now she spends more time in her "hobby shed" than she does in the house. :-D
