Truly happy with this item on purchase. 6 month down line it started to play up & eventually stopped. On inspection a charging prongs inside unit had came off & appeared to be stuck in the charging lead plug. Contacted product care who took several days to get back to me,but when they did I was offered a free replacement.......,..so a wee bit of a setback,but hopefully all good in the end.

If you’ve ever wondered or reading reviews to see if a neti pot is worth buying, do it. It’s a good feeling and the clean unblocked nose and good breathing is incredible. I’ve suffered for years with inflamed sinus, swollen and painful and disgraceful headaches that can become migraine if it goes on too long. Very ill with sinusitis for a long time. I used this twice and the clean free effect is almost immediate for me. I’ve Now started using it on my son too who also happy his nose is finally unblocked and free. Note, I didn’t give this 5 stars because I can’t decide if an electric one or a non-electric one is better. For a start within 10 minutes I dropped this into the sink (slippery) and snapped off the nozzle. This comes with 2 nozzles so I’m still able to use it. Note to all, as soon as you’ve finished remove nozzle especially when cleaning it to avoid snapping it off. Still, the end result is.. “why didn’t I wash my sinuses out with one of these before?”. Time will tell if the sinusitis has gone, I shall see over the coming months. Meanwhile the clean feeling is very promising.

Purchased this product after having to take two lots of antibiotics for sinusitis and was still in pain. I’ve had problems with sinusitis all of my life and usually get it really bad at least once a year. So after reading reviews I decided to give this a try. My first attempt at using it wasn’t entirely successful and I ended up with water everywhere and lots of coughing and spluttering! I had it on too high a setting for my first attempt! Anyway I persevered and got the hang of it and now use it everyday no problem. Time will tell I guess, but I haven’t had any sinus pain since I started using it, and I can breath through my nose so much better than before. I think this is a game changer for me.

It was my first time using nasal irrigation so was a bit apprehensive but the process was a lot more pleasant than expected. The device works well, operation is simple and the reservoir has is large enough to do both nostrils. Watch out for the buttons when you are twisting to open as your fingers tend to hit the power button and a rubber grip would be helpful but that's not a deal breaker. Overall its a good product and great value for money.

When receiving the product, it gives impression it is good quality, however, the product quality is only tested with time. It loose sealing fit and water pressure is lost, water leaks during use which clearly is annoying and defeat purpose. Highly recommend to avoid the product and with such a price tag either do invest more and buy better made or don’t pay for this one. You will be disappointed 😢 Hope this helps others.

I bought this along with the cheaper netti bottle. I now only use the netti Bottle . That seems to work for me.

My husband had a pretty bad sinus infection over Xmas and someone advised to try one of these. Life changing. Will be excellent for Colds. My husband had the worst, most painful sinus headache and once he used this to clear out lots of mucus was a lot better. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have had chronic sinusitis for most of my life. Last year I started using a manual sinus rinse aid which has helped to clear my head first thing every morning. A few weeks ago part of the kit broke so I needed a new one. Thought I’d treat myself to this automatic rinse aid and I’m glad I did. The water holder is bigger than my previous device’s which means I get a better and longer rinse. The 3 programmable modes enable you to find the type of rinse that suits you, with me it’s the pulse rinse which I can feel gets right up into my sinuses. It’s not a painful or unpleasant experience if you follow the instructions precisely and certainly works in clearing my nasal and sinus airways. Recommended!

Powerful spray, different modes like pulse etc. This just works. What a great invention. This is a great help for people with disabilities who cannot squeeze a bottle or hold a jug up for long. Would recommend. Re-Chargable and comes with everything but a cell phone brick which is required for charging, but let's be honest, most people have a drawer full of old power bricks.

Mit dieser elektrischen Nasendusche muss man bei der Nasenspülung seinen Hals nicht mehr unnatürlich verrenken, wie mit den einfachen Nasenspülbehältern in Kannenform - und bei verstopfter Nase fließt das Wasser dank des von der Pumpe erzeugten Drucks trotzdem durch die Nase, was bei den Duschen, die allein auf den Höhenunterschied setzen, nicht immer der Fall ist. Der Druck ist meiner Meinung nach nicht zu schwach. Die Stufe "Normal" ist völlig ausreichend, um die Spüllösung auch durch eine verstopfte Nase zu befördern, aber natürlich wäre ein Booster-Knopf trotzdem nicht schlecht gewesen. Die beiden zusätzlichen Einstellungen, die das Gerät bietet, sind eher Spielerei. "Soft" spült mit weniger Druck, ist aber nicht nötig, da schon "Normal" keinesfalls zu stark oder gar unangenehm ist. Und die "Pulse"-Einstellung kombiniert "Normal" und "Soft" im Wechsel, sodass kleine Wasserstöße entstehen, die eigentlich aber nichts bringen, weil die höchste Kraft dabei nun mal "Normal" ist. Ein etwas stärkerer Impuls wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, etwa bei hartnäckiger Verstopfung, aber als Kritikpunkt will ich das nicht unbedingt verstanden wissen, denn wie gesagt: "Normal" reicht für alle Zwecke völlig aus. Der Behälter sitzt straff an der Dusche und muss zum Auffüllen nicht abgenommen werden, weil er einen kleinen seitlichen Verschluss besitzt, durch den man Salz und Wasser bequem einfüllen kann. Den Behälter muss man bloß abschrauben, wenn man ihn mal komplett reinigen will. Das verhindert, dass der Verschluss mit der Zeit ausleiert. Der Schlauch, der das Wasser ansaugt, besitzt an der Öffnung kleine Noppen, die ihn auf Abstand zum Gehäuse halten. Er kann sich also nicht an der Wandung festsaugen und dadurch den Spülfluss unterbrechen - sehr durchdacht gemacht! Das Teil, das man in die Nase steckt, ist beweglich, sodass jeder eine für ihn bequeme Spülposition finden wird. Der Akku hat eine ordentliche Leistung. Ich habe nach dem ersten Aufladen bis jetzt 20 Spülungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen gemacht und er hält noch immer. Der einzige echte Kritikpunkt, der mir einfällt, ist, dass man hin und wieder versehentlich auf einen der sehr leichtgängigen Modi-Knöpfe kommt und dadurch unwillentlich die Spülstärke verstellt. Man muss sich eine Griffhaltung angewöhnen, die das vermeidet, dann haut auch das hin.

Soffro di sinusite fin da bambino, purtroppo ci sono periodi dell'anno in cui il mal di testa aumenta in maniera esponenziale fino a non farmi dormire. I classici lavaggi con la siringa e acqua fisiologica mi hanno sempre aiutato, ma il processo è lento e spesso lascia desistere. Incuriosito da questo prodotto elettrico ho voluto azzardare, e finalmente posso dire di aver risolto definitivamente. Lo utilizzo regolarmente e non ho più alcun sintomo legato alla sinusite. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.
