As a Vegan, I appreciate that the liquid tincture is made with clean, plant-based ingredients and contains no alcohol or animal products. It tastes good and is easy to take, even for kids, and I’ve found it really helpful for immune support during cold and flu season. The bottle is a little small for the price, but the quality, effectiveness, and vegan-friendly formula make it a product I’m happy to keep using.

I got my Elderberry supplement just in time. I'm fighting a cold and thankful to have this extra boost. It's incredibly easy to take a dose--just mix 1 ml in a glass of water. There is essentially no taste, but the goods are there. This is the 2nd Global Healing supplements I've been sent for UGC. I'm impressed with their organic, non-gmo, and gluten free preparation. I wasn't sure what to expect of this taste, but I was pleased. It's not bad at all. It might be an acquired taste for some, though. I've taken echinacea for years, and it's kept me from getting colds as often. (1-2 a year, but usually around allergy time in fall and/or spring when I'm bombarded with allergens.) I know a lot of people who swear by elderberry, as well. I don't like taking capsules, and I didn't want to add another pill to my daily meds, so I decided to try this liquid combo. It's easy to take. Only time will gauge its effectiveness.

Not a fan of the taste but the benefits are worth it!!!! I used to get sinus infections and colds alllll the time. This has improved my immune system so much that it is now an essential in my medicine cabinet.
