Thus far-Impressed!
As I went online to reorder another electrolyte replacement powder that I have been using for a few years now, I came across the KEY NUTRIENTS electrolyte replacement powder. As I compared the ingredients to what I had been using before, I found out that ALL of the electrolyte, vitamins & minerals were in higher amounts AND at a much cheaper price [currently, today, 2/24/21 though, the powder I was using before did drop the price to be more comparable with the KEY NUTRIENTS however the advantage that I see is the amounts of the electrolytes, vitamins & minerals-a big advantage for me] to be still for a 90 serving container. I was also impressed with not only the electrolyte ingredients but also the "other" ingredients that go into the mix as well. It is sweetened with stevia leaf extract and spirulina (for the BLUE RASPBERRY flavor) & beet root & beta-carotene (for the CHERRY-POM) gives it the color and as much of a label reader as I am for everything, I was more than willing to give this KEY NUTRIENTS brand a try.I ordered two containers the flavors being BLUE RASPBERRY & CHERRY POM(egranate). Today, 2/24/21 I decided to mix both flavors for my bicycling ride this morning. The attached picture show the CHERRY-POM flavor (red water bottle) & the BLUE RASPBERRY flavor (tinge of blue color water bottle). Mix 1 scoop (provided) into 16 oz of liquid (the bottles in the picture are 16.9oz size but I filled them only up to the neck of the bottle & I already drank some out of each bottle for a taste test). What do I think about the taste? For the BLUE RASPBERRY: First off, I like the tinge of blue color of the powder and with my first sip I first tasted a tartness followed immediately with a sweetness and I could even recognize the flavor being "berryish" Both the tartness and the sweetness were not overwhelming but nicely balanced. Personally, if a drink were to lean one way or another, I would prefer a tartness over a sickening sweetness but like I said, my taste testing of this one was very balanced-not too tart and not too sweet with the sweetness occurring about a second or two after the initial tartness. If you prefer something with an overly sweet taste then mixing this powder with juice or flavored drink would probably suit you. I found this drink to be refreshing and definitely something that I could drink throughout the day if needed. For the CHERRY-POM flavor: a nice light cherry red color and the first thing I noticed, after the color, was the smoothness of the drink. Not gritty or anything of that nature but the best way I could describe it would be "smooth". The taste sensation is a nice sweetness followed closely with a nice cherry taste! Here again, not overly sweet but just enough so that there wasn't even a tartness on this one -not sure if there should be anyway (perhaps the pomegranate would tend to give a tartness?) But in any case it was just sweet enough for me without an excessive sweetness; and like I said, I definitely recognized the cherry taste, not overwhelming, but noticeable. I'm not sure if I was able to discern the pomegranate component but definitely the cherry. Perhaps somebody else may be able to distinguish the pomegranate more than me.Now, the BLUE RASPBERRY has 6 electrolytes and 11 vitamins & minerals. The CHERRY-POM has 6 electrolytes and 12 vitamins and minerals. The extra vitamin is the Riboflavin that the BLUE RASPBERRY doesn't have, for whatever reason I don't know but shouldn't really make a difference that it doesn't have it.In conclusion, I'm very impressed thus far with the look, how easy it is too mix [note: about 40 minutes after mixing and refrigerating, I wanted to take a look at the mixture. I looked at both water bottles, as what is in the picture, and I noticed very fine, I guess one could say, granules, floating around as I swirled the bottles. It doesn't affect the "smoothness" of the drink and it still doesn't give it a "grainy" taste but I would suspect that something that has upwards of 20 different ingredients that perhaps a vitamin or mineral or one that is chelated? There are two ingredients that are chelated, selenium & chromium. My guess is , that perhaps a chelation might not necessarily go completely in solution or one of the other vitamins or minerals that may not be so absorbable in the mix but will breakdown better once it's in the body? In any case, I am not concerned about it as I've reviewed every ingredient and approve of the ingredients that are in these powders.]Now the test of actually drinking them during my ride. I suspect that they will do what they are supposed to be doing because of the higher amounts than my previous powder brand had. I could think it would only be better. If I notice a significant change as far as energy level and other measurable changes in my workout as compared to my former brand of powder then I will edit this review. But for now, I'm very impressed and happy to have found this brand of electrolyte replacement powder!

Your Health Is A Priority.
Ordered this product September 14th 2019.After learning via my favorite male model that properly hydrated skin comes from the right electrolyte balance, I searched the webs for the newest supplement to add to my diet as I'm already pretty strict about what I eat. Reading several reviews and having the flavor be lemonade was the cherry on top for this product. What it's done: I can honestly say after 90 days I have seen an improvement in my skin. It visibly looks more vibrant and I can tell it's elasticity is miles ahead than before I started consuming this product. Therefore it worked for the purposes I purchased it.However, because I also worked out 6 days a week I realized that electrolytes were the same thing advertised in things like Gatorade and Powerade; nutrients that would promote muscle recovery and just make you feel replenished. Boy was I right, not only does this powder come in handy after an intense sprint workout, it has gotten to the point where I will not go to the gym unless I've had my electrolyte drink prior. I can physically feel this stuff working in my favor whether it's high-intensity interval training or strength training. Yes it's that good, they've definitely made a customer out of me.Now to address reviews regarding the chalky lemonade flavor and dissolving:1. The lemon flavor honestly tastes like powdered lemonade, which is impressive considering the lack of sugar in this product. Upon reading the label you will find stevia extract to be the reason it tastes so much like regular lemonade. I've personally always hated stevia and find it to be a terrible substitute for sugar, but the chemists behind this product fooled me this time because I didn't even know it was stevia up until writing this review.2. The chalkyness that comes with it not dissolving correctly: I have a solution for you folks, pour another glass of water, swivle it around a little and drink the remaining powder. It's not that hard. Plus the powder tastes significantly better than any of those Flinstone vitamins I see people comparing this too. The payoff for the nutrients I am receiving from this product far exceeds any laziness I may have for pouring myself another glass of water. As a current student at University my health and my grades are my top priorities. If I ever get into an afternoon slump it's nice to know I can also rely on this powder to give me a subtle kick of energy I need to keep moving forward. It quickly supplies me with that mental clarity I'll need after hours of sitting in front of a screen and typing. And yes I can physically feel a difference in my actual head. It's wonderful.$30 for a 90 day supply for feeling both mentally and physically stronger is a convenient price to pay. Far less expensive than any of the other brands I've seen and so far does the job. I have purchased cherry-pom flavor and will look forward to reviewing that one soon.

A Great Electrolyte Supplement At A Great Price
I'm super picky when it comes to my electrolyte drinks. The last thing I ever want while working out or post-exercise is sugary, syrupy artificial-tasting "sports drink." That's the category most readily-available sports drinks fall into. Since Clif stopped making their electrolyte shots back in 2000-who-knows, I've been trying to find something comparable. It was light, tasty, helpful for rehydrating, and didn't leave my mouth or my water bottle coated in a layer of slime.I'd been using Nuun tablets for a couple of years on and off. I generally couldn't justify the price, and the flavor left a *lot* to be desired. Exercising in the desert heat, though, I needed something, so I used them sparingly and kept searching for better options. Eventually, I found this stuff. So far, the only drawbacks I've noticed are:1) The powder definitely doesn't dissolve all the way, and you have to swirl your bottle before you drink (and usually sip a little sand at the end of the bottle)2) It turns your pee fluorescent yellow. Not, like, glow stick yellow, but definitely more neon than it ought to be.Neither of those cons are enough to dissuade me from drinking the stuff: It's perfect at half-concentration (1 scoop per 32 ounce bottle), it's not sickeningly sweet (though it's close), and it doesn't seem to make my bottle all nasty. This powder is also pretty affordable as far as non-Gatorade etc. sports beverages go. I drink one or two bottles of water with this in it after a workout and then go back to regular water. Coming from someone who is perpetually dehydrated, I'd say this electrolyte seems to really help.--In summary:- Good flavor- Good price- Not sickly sweet (I recommend going half strength)- Works well- A little sandy/doesn't dissolve well- Gives you bright yellow pee (but doesn't seem to change anything else about it)Next time, I think I'm going to try their raspberry flavor to see if that fixes the, uh, color running problem. All in all, I do recommend it!

My go-to for bouncing back after a long weekend
The Key Nutrient Multivitamin Electrolytes Replenisher has become my go-to when I need to get back on track after a long or busy weekend. Whether it’s after a big event, travel, or just a weekend where I overindulged a bit, this really helps me feel rehydrated and more balanced. It mixes easily in water and the taste is actually pretty good compared to a lot of electrolyte powders I’ve tried. I like that it includes electrolytes along with vitamins, so it feels like more of a full reset rather than just a hydration drink. After drinking it I usually feel more refreshed and energized, especially when I’ve been run down. I keep it on hand now because it’s such an easy way to help my body bounce back. Definitely a staple for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best
Great ingredients and the taste is awesome. I tried another brand but there was an after taste but not with this one.

It's a bit different
Due to health issues, I need to drink a lot of electrolytes every day. I try to use electrolyte powders that aren't overly salty in a single serving, as it is better for me to spread that out through the day. I've been using a different brand with similar percentages of electrolytes. That one is pricier, so I thought I should at least try this one.It does what it is supposed to do, however in reality it is a lot different than powders I've used before. For one, the flavor is like a muted lemonade. It reminds me of the "lemon drink" at the doctor's that you have to drink before certain scans. It's a little meh. Not sweet, not sour, just very neon yellow. The consistency of the powder is also very different. This powder is fluffy, more like a cornstarch consistency. So it helps to add it to your water and get it shaken/stirred quickly. Other powders are more of a granulated consistency. It works, and it's cheaper, but I'm not sure how long I can deal with the flavor.

Stevia sweetenin, and truly the best for electrolytes, minerals and vitamins. Helped save my life.
I found that my body doesn't ache so much and that I don't have to work so hard to mentally wake up.I've used the sticks to try out flavors, and have since switched to the better value containers like this. For 90 servings, this is a great value for a genuinely superior product. This has the best combination of electrolytes, vitamins and minerals. It uses stevia, so no sugar. Taste is very good on it's own or mixed.

Got poisoned
I took it twice for only for one day and I went to the emergency room as I was throwing up and couldn’t eat/drink anything with a pain in my whole body and fever. I didn’t think it was from the electrolytes but my husband tried a couple of sips and he got a very bad stomachache. We gave it to a friend to try it and he got the same symptoms. Horrible product and it has a terrible metal taste.

Para deshidrataciones leves. Sabor sutil a medicina.

I'm very happy with this electrolyte… Mine doesn't have maltodextrin
I have really been enjoying the Key Nutrients Electrolytes Powder Lemonade Flavour that I got back in November 29, 2023. (doesn't contain maltodextrin in the ingredients list)I used to get Dr. Bergs electrolyte powder because it has 3x the amount of potassium, but I couldn't justify the shipping prices to Canada anymore, so I'm glad I found this alternative on Amazon. Which has a lot more going for it and is less expensive.I usually only put half a scoop in with my 12 ounce water so that I can have it more often but I find it quite strong in flavour if I have the whole scoop.Though I think I don't need as much flavouring as most people do to be satisfied.I have also tried the 40 servings packets that comes with lemonade, pink lemonade, blue raspberry, watermelon and cherry pom. But I find that the blue raspberry, watermelon and cherry pom is way way too strong in flavour and didn't really enjoy them because of that. The pink lemonade though was great and therefore I purchased a container of that on April 13, 2024 (also didn't contain maltodextrin in the ingredients list… picture provided)I'm not sure why some are getting it with maltodextrin and can only guess that it could be from different facilities where they receive different types of Stevia and therefore have to have different labels.Hopefully it is a very small amount of maltodextrin.

Einzige Kritik: Salz, also nacl,könnte enthalten sein.
