We bought this for my 4 year old for Christmas and he is loving it! Our youngest, who is 2 years old, also really likes it too! It's easy for them to use on their own and really keeps them both entertained. I love that it sings & dances because both my kids really like music! The way the robot sings the ABC song is a little different than how we sing it; so, that's a little odd. But overall, we're really liking this robot!!!

I bought this for my grandchild who instantly understood all the remote functions without instructions. Even my 3 and 4 year old grandchildren quickly understood all the buttons to activate the robot toy. It's just that easy right out of the box to immediately start having fun with the songs and dance movements. Plus who says it's only for boys. My grandchildren are all girls. They love it! Honestly their parents were eager to play with that robot and did so after bedtime. I of course read all the directions before I played with the robot. Caveat I am still unclear on how to use the voice commands. Overall every thing functioned as advertised. What a great gift in a good price range.

I absolutely love this robot. More importantly, as did my son when he got it for his 6th birthday. As a parent, the best part was that it comes with a screwdriver. The robot is ready to play straight out of the box, but batteries are needed and it was great to be able to just grab the screwdriver out of the bag and plop them in there. It also has a USB charger, so it was a win win. The robot itself is great and pretty self explanatory. The instructions are a little off, but if you press enough buttons, you see all the great stuff this robot does. Definitely worth the money and this company is my new go to for all things robots.

Got it for a 5 year old and he thinks it’s really cool, but it drives me crazy that when it sings the ABCs the letters aren’t even in the correct order. For a kid learning his ABCs that’s incredibly confusing to him. It’s cool, but also has some quirks and says weird things and it’s been complicated even for my husband and I to figure out how all of his functions work. We knew it would be over the head of a 5 year old, but we keep joking that it’s not for a 6 year old either as it’s been very difficult for us to figure out and the buttons don’t all do what you’d expect them to based on their labels.

This robot is quite well made and functions and has that "cool" factor when you see the package and pull it out of the box. The remote has a lot of controls but easy to use. The sound effects are pretty good and align with what I'd expect from the looks of this robot. . The story mode where it tells one of two VERY odd stories. It also sings the ABCs - note that it pronounces "Z" as "ZED" and uses the alternate spacing of the letters pausing between N and O rather than P which is not the American traditional way of singing the song. My 8-year-old love is though. I look forward to him figuring out all the buttons and programming it.

This RC robot is nice to have for learning kids. It keeps them interested as it makes different kinds of sounds and can follow different kinds of commands. I like that there's an additional function wherein it narrates facts and stories for the kids to enjoy, but the only drawback is that it looks like it only has one short story, and probably 10 trivia facts that are saved in its memory. It would have been nice if we can program/record our choice stories or trivias too. There's an option to program the controls, but it is not clear on how extensive this reprogramming can do. My guess is that you can switch buttons around using that feature(remapping), but not totally program like create combination of actions with a single button. There's no clear instruction into programming so I guess this is not programmable.

Cute toy. Sings, dances, walks in any direction you tell it to and tells you little science factoids such as “why is the sky blue”. Comes with a wireless remote that you use to control behaviour as well as a few accessories (toy weapons you can attach to the robot). Box had ages 6+ written on it but I believe this toy is really more suitable for the 4 to 6 age range. Older kids will get bored with it fairly quickly. Makes for a great gift and solid entertainment for the little ones.

Just received today. Product came fast. Packaged really well. Came with the screw driver, a shield, gun and 3 missiles. Charged through USB. The remote needs 2 AA batteries. Responsive to the remote control. Gesture sensing. Works really well. Lots of baby songs. My 6 year old loves him. Recommended.
